Battery-Powered Magnetic Lifters

Keep a safe distance from heavy loads—these lifters automatically engage when set down, so you don’t have to secure the magnet to the load yourself. When these lifters sense they’ve been set down again, they’ll automatically release the load. Alternatively, use the push buttons on these lifters to manually turn the magnet on and off. As a fail-safe, the magnet stays engaged even if the battery dies, preventing your load from dropping. Pair these lifters with a crane or hoist. They’re often used to move large metal sheets and pipes but can also be used to position loads when grinding or fixturing metal parts together.
You can adjust the magnet’s strength on these lifters to protect thin materials from damage. Fine-tuning the strength is also useful for lifting just one sheet off a stack at a time.
Lifters with a remote control give you a way to manually turn the magnet on or off from a distance.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Battery-Powered Lift-Assist Hoists

Reduce fatigue and help prevent injuries by letting these hoists bear the brunt of your load. Designed for repetitive, all-day lifting and tool-holding jobs, these battery-powered hoists let you guide loads by hand but without the weight. Hang them from a rail or trolley wherever you need to transfer loads in your facility—they’re often used to lift parts onto receiving stations and over assembly lines. Moving your load is as easy as grabbing the handle and guiding it from point A to point B. When you take your hand off the handle, these hoists hold your load in place. The ring they hang from can swivel 360° for positioning flexibility.
To minimize downtime, these hoists lift and lower up to 500 loads on a single charge. They also come with a backup battery you can use while the other one is charging.
Pull out the quick-release pin to switch the hook out for a scissor lifter or vacuum lifter (both sold separately).
Scissor lifters clamp tightly around boxes and other large objects, automatically adjusting how hard they grip based on the weight of the load. Manually adjust the length of the arms depending on the size of your object.
Suction-cup lifters grip smooth, nonporous surfaces, such as mirrors and metal sheets. Flip the lever up and down to activate and release the suction.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Battery-Powered Chain Hoists
Powered by your Milwaukee M18 battery, these hoists lift up to 2,000 lbs. Since they don’t need a power cord or compressed air source, these CM Batterystar hoists are a good choice for heavy lifting at temporary jobsites. They’re under 50 lbs., so carry them from job to job.
Despite their small size, they’re packed with safety features. The included remote control works from 60 ft. away, so you can stand back and out of harm’s way. These hoists have both an electronic and a mechanical clutch for overload protection. If either senses a load that is too heavy, they'll stop any movement. As you lower a heavy load, the mechanical brake controls the descent to prevent slipping. In a pinch, you can also lower these hoists using your drill.
IP rated, the hoist housing, transmitter, and motor are sealed to protect against dust and water. The same goes for the remote—set it down around your dusty, dirty jobsite without a second thought.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Electric Motor-Driven Cranes

From navigating around your facility to raising heavy loads, every movement these cranes make is fully powered. They have a battery-powered hydraulic pump that keeps movements consistent and controlled, including when you’re moving the arm in, out, up, and down to position loads. On a single charge, their battery lasts for four hours of continuous use or eight hours of intermittent use. Turn the throttle to adjust the speed of travel and push buttons to position the arm.
To prevent collisions when moving these cranes in reverse, hit the emergency safety switch to quickly move them forward in the opposite direction. You can also sound the horn to alert people nearby. There’s no need to worry about them rolling away from you—an automatic brake stops them from moving as soon as you let go of the handle. Adjust the length of the legs to distribute loads more evenly, reducing the risk that these cranes will tip.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Close-Lift Battery-Powered Cranes

Position loads and maneuver with ease in tight spaces. Instead of long legs, these cranes are balanced with a counterweight in the back. The added room in front means you can push these cranes against surfaces to maximize the arm’s reach. No need for a hoist: a battery-powered hydraulic pump raises and lowers the arm to move loads. This means you can lift heavy parts regardless of whether an outlet’s nearby. To extend the reach of the arm – also known as the boom – manually adjust it between four positions. These cranes have an emergency stop button that quickly prevents them from moving any further if there's a risk of collision. Lock the caster wheels to keep them from rolling while lifting.
An extension cord is required to recharge the battery.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Electric Winch Cranes
No hand-cranking needed—simply push a button on the handheld control to lift or lower a heavy load. These cranes are also known as davit cranes. The automatic brake holds your load securely in place when you’re not moving it up or down. For precise positioning in all directions, these cranes rotate a full 360°. The arm can be adjusted to four different heights depending on your needs.
Battery-powered cranes work in locations without electrical outlets. Use the wire leads to connect them to a 12V DC battery (not included).
Install additional bases throughout your facility to make it easy to use your crane in different spots. Make sure the maximum capacity of your crane matches the capacity of the base you choose.
Headache balls keep the cable taut when there’s no load, making the crane more stable for safety.
Note: Capacity is highest for the first layer of rope and decreases as each additional layer of rope is wound on the winch. There are at least five wraps of rope on the winch.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Switch-Off Hand-Held Magnetic Lifters

For heavy loads, these lifters have a stronger magnet than pull-release lifters and a lock to prevent accidental drops. To switch the magnet on and off, turn a handle or push a button. All lifters have a groove for grabbing round materials, such as pipe, in addition to flat materials.
Use push-button lifters one-handed, smoothly switching between lifting and dropping materials without changing your grip. To keep your hand safely away from hot or sharp objects, the buttons on these lifters are on the top of the handle. Since these lifters are battery powered, they’re quicker to turn on and off than lifters with an on/off handle. If the battery dies, the magnet stays on, keeping heavy loads secure.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Vacuum Lifters for Large Panels

Lift and position windows, large metal sheets, and even solar panels scratch free. These lifters connect to a crane or hoist and use suction cups to grip material. This makes them more gentle than tongs or plate clamps that can scratch delicate surfaces. For precise positioning, you can tilt these lifters up to 90° and rotate them 180°. As you rotate them, you can lock them at 45° increments. To prevent shifting during installation, they’ll automatically lock at 90°.
The battery-powered vacuum pump generates and maintains strong suction. If suction is lost, the pump senses it and automatically reactivates to maintain grip. A vacuum gauge lets you monitor pressure to stay within safe operating limits. If the pump runs out of battery during a lift, these lifters have a vacuum reserve tank that allows them to maintain grip and support the load for at least five minutes. Each lifter includes a battery gauge and a charger.
Vacuum cups for smooth and textured surfaces will grip stone slabs, pebbled fiberglass, and textured tiles. They have a sealing ring that resists abrasive particles. Keep in mind, they have a lower lifting capacity than vacuum cups designed for smooth surfaces only.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Forks

Lift and lower heavy loads with the push of a button—these trucks have a battery-powered hydraulic pump. They’re easier to use than manual lift trucks, since you don’t need to turn a crank or pump a pedal. You can also make finer height adjustments to position loads exactly where you need them. Two swivel casters at the rear of the lift truck make steering and pivoting easy. Adjust the width of the forks to fit pallets, skids, and other loads in many sizes.
Counterbalanced bases require a counterweight set (sold separately) to offset loads. Unlike straddle bases, they don’t have front-facing legs that can get in the way when you’re loading or unloading racks, trucks, or machinery.
Adjustable-width straddle bases have front-facing legs that sit on either side of your load for support. You can adjust the width to fit them around open and closed-bottom pallets. Those with a pivoting handle give you better leverage and control in tight spaces. The handle adjusts up or down.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Platform

Platforms support material directly without an additional pallet. A hydraulic pump powered by a rechargeable battery raises and lowers loads with the push of a button. The push-button control has a self-retracting cord. Two swivel casters at the rear of the lift truck makes steering and pivoting easy. Once the truck is in place, engage the floor lock to lift and lower loads. They have nonmarking phenolic wheels that roll best on smooth surfaces.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Platform for Tight Spaces

Raise and lower loads at the push of a button in cramped spaces like narrow aisles and crowded stockrooms. With a battery-operated hydraulic pump, these trucks make finer height adjustments than manual lift trucks. A compact body and four swivel casters give you maximum maneuverability—move them sideways, diagonally, or in circles with minimal effort. Load material right onto the platform—no pallet required. Plug these trucks into a standard wall outlet to charge the battery.
These trucks have wheel locks to stabilize them while you lift and lower loads. The wheels are rubber, so they’re quiet and shock absorbent. Use them on smooth and rough surfaces.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Scissor Lifts

Take your maintenance and repair tasks to new heights—these scissor lifts were built for reliability. Each part has been inspected and tested to ensure these lifts remain in service for over a decade. They’re designed to minimize hydraulic connections and cylinders to reduce failure points. Powered by a brushless motor, there’s no need for regular maintenance. Even the operation is no fuss—a single joystick controls both driving and elevation.
Their compact size and tight turn radius let you navigate through standard doorways and crowded spaces. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, they’re made of powder-coated steel parts—even the pins and screws—and have waterproof connectors that stand up to the elements. Pothole guards keep them from tipping on uneven surfaces.
The platform supports up to 500 lbs. and is wide enough for two people to work comfortably side-by-side. Guardrails on each side meet fall-protection requirements. With three fall-restraint tie-off points, you have additional spots to anchor fall protection gear.
Note: Check local, state, and federal codes, including OSHA, for safe operating practices. Do not operate these lifts in winds over 25 mph. When used outdoors, only one person should be on them at a time.

Quick-Stop Retracting Fall-Arrest Lanyards with Alarms

Like an alarm on your car dashboard, these lanyards flash and beep until you're clipped into fall protection on an order picker or other vehicle. They come with a Bluetooth sensor that pairs with the lanyard carabiner. Together they detect when you're onboard and clipped into the anchor point. Compatible with most order pickers, the sensor mounts to the cab of your vehicle and hooks into its wiring for power.
These lanyards extend and retract as you move around, but with a sudden jerk, such as a fall, they immediately lock like a seat belt to stop you. They stop your fall within inches, unlike shock-absorbing lanyards that extend several feet. A built-in shock absorber reduces the jolt of the stop. These lanyards are Class 1, so they work with D-rings that are at the same level as or below your anchor. When used together with an anchor and a harness, these lanyards help you meet OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
An RFID tag makes these lanyards easy to track during inventory and inspections.

Forklift Forks with Embedded Scale

Check the weight of your load without leaving your forklift. These forks have an embedded scale that uses Bluetooth to send measurements. The scale has tilt compensation, so it's accurate even if your forklift's mast is not perfectly vertical. For easy viewing, clamp the remote display onto your forklift’s dashboard or mast. You can also link the scale to your smartphone or tablet to view, log, and export data from an app.
Use these forks with any forklift equipped with an Industrial Truck Association (ITA) Class II carriage. They slide into forklift pockets just like any other forks. To minimize downtime, each fork has its own battery that lasts up to 75 hours on a single charge.
Forks cannot be sold to Canada due to energy efficiency regulations.
Warning: Distribute your load evenly across the forks to prevent overloading one side or the tips. Never use to lift people or items over people.

Forklift Forks with Legal-for-Trade Embedded Scale

Weigh materials sold by weight right from your forklift—these forks have an embedded scale that’s NTEP certified for accuracy. For easy viewing, clamp the remote display to your forklift’s dashboard or mast. The scale uses Bluetooth to send measurements. You can also link the scale to your smartphone or tablet to view, log, and export data from an app.
To measure the weight of your load alone, place an empty pallet on the forks and press the tare button. Then either load up the pallet or remove it and pick up a different, pre-loaded pallet with the forks. The scale also has tilt compensation, so it’s accurate even if the mast is not perfectly vertical.
