Swap out the four-pin base fluorescent bulbs in your fixture or upgrade them to LED. Often used in recessed ceiling lights and wall sconces, these bulbs are comparable to PL, Dulux, and Biax bulbs. Select a light appearance to match your existing lighting. If you’re not sure what temperature you need, choose a bulb with more than one light appearance. You can adjust the temperature with a switch. All bulbs can be used in horizontal or vertical operating positions.

LED bulbs last longer and are more efficient than CFL bulbs. They work with most electronic ballasts, so you can use them in existing fixtures without rewiring the socket. Check if your ballast is compatible by selecting a part number and clicking product detail. To avoid future maintenance, you can also remove the ballast from your fixture and wire the socket directly to the power source.
