    Easy-Access Base-Mount Linear Shaft Supports

    Made with two pieces, these shaft supports secure your shaft parallel to your mounting surface and make it easy to access the shaft without having to slide it out or uninstall the support. Use these supports when working with light to medium loads where shaft alignment is not critical. These supports are machined to have flat, square surfaces, so they can be used to align other supports and parts in your system. Tighten the included clamping screws to secure the shaft.

    Base-Mount Linear Shaft Supports

    For use with light to medium loads where shaft alignment is not critical, these shaft supports brace the end of a linear shaft along the ground or other flat surface. They are tees, so the mounting flanges are on the side. Mount the support to a surface from either the top or bottom using the unthreaded holes. Slide the shaft in to install, then tighten the included clamping screw to secure the shaft.

    Base-Mount Dual Linear Shaft Supports

    Secure two linear motion shafts parallel to each other and the mounting surface to build a system that moves smoothly and doesn’t bind. These supports are made of aluminum, so they are lightweight and resist corrosion. They are machined to have flat, square surfaces, so they can be used to align other supports and parts in your system. Slide your shafts into the holes and tighten the clamping screws (not included). The clamping screws also mount the shaft support to your surface, so your surface must have threaded holes.

    Machinable Easy-Access Base-Mount Linear Shaft Supports

    Create a support that fits the exact dimensions of your shaft to brace it along a flat surface. Good for use with square- and hex-profile shafts, these aluminum supports also work with round shafts of any diameter up to 1". Use them for light-to-medium-load linear motion applications where shaft alignment is not critical. These supports are tees, so the mounting flanges are on the side. Mount the support to a surface from either the top or bottom using the unthreaded holes. These supports are machined to have flat, square surfaces, so they can be used to align other supports and parts in your system.
    Supports come with spacers between the two halves. For a snug fit, leave the spacers in place when machining, then remove before installing the shaft. Tighten the included clamping screws to secure the shaft.
