Festo Modular Compressed Air Regulators
Set and hold the pressure of your compressed air. These regulators connect to other Festo units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately), so you can customize your air preparation system. They’re relieving, so they will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install these regulators on your air line after filters. To prevent unwanted pressure changes, slip a padlock through a hole in the knob.
Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components that are easy to swap out—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different. They come with mounting brackets.
End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.

Norgren Modular Compressed Air Regulators

These regulators connect to other Norgren units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately), so you can customize your air preparation system. They’re relieving, so they will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install these regulators in your air line after filters.
Series 82 and 84 regulators with a knob can be locked to prevent unwanted pressure changes. Slip a padlock through a hole in the knob to secure.
Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach these regulators to a wall or equipment.

Tamper-Resistant Compressed Air Regulators
Prevent unauthorized or accidental pressure changes to these regulators—they let you lock down the set pressure. Use these regulators to adjust and maintain the pressure of your compressed air. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install them in your air line after your filters.
Regulators with a key lock only let those with the key adjust the pressure. The lock is universal, so you can use the same key for multiple regulators.
Regulators with a removable T-handle can only be adjusted when the handle is in place. Remove the T-handle to prevent further adjustments.
Regulators with a knob-locking clip cannot be adjusted when the clip is installed between the knob and the body of the regulator. To adjust the pressure, remove the knob and clip, then reattach the knob.
Optional pressure gauges (sold separately) are for use with removable T-handle regulators.
Mounting brackets (sold separately) attach the regulator to a wall or equipment.

Compressed Air Regulators for Air-Powered Tools
Install these regulators directly on your air-powered tool to maintain the set air pressure.
Nonrelieving regulators do not exhaust excess downstream pressure. These regulators are intermittent duty, so they’re ideal for tools that require short bursts of air, such as nailers, staplers, and small drills.
Regulators with a collar adjustment have a screw lock to prevent accidental changes to the set pressure as you use and jostle your tool. Turn the collar to adjust the pressure.
Regulators with a dial adjustment let you see the set pressure at a glance. Twist the dial to adjust the pressure, then slide the lock to prevent accidental changes as you use and jostle your tool.

Electronically-Controlled Compressed Air Regulators with Display
Monitor and adjust compressed air pressure at the source and remotely. These regulators use an electronic pressure sensor and a color-changing display to give you instant feedback—green for in range, red for out of range, and yellow for errors. Set the pressure using the knob, display buttons, or connect them to your programmable logic control (PLC) via IO-Link. When connected to your industrial network, you’ll be able to change settings remotely, monitor performance, and run diagnostics. You’ll need an M8 connecting cable (sold separately) to link them to your network. Install these regulators in your air line after filters.
To prevent unauthorized or accidental changes, lock the knob with a padlock. You can also protect settings made on the display and PLC with a PIN code.

All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install them in your air line after filters.
BSPP threads are also known as G threads.
Regulators with a ±0.1% accuracy have a sensor and a servo-adjustment mechanism that work together to monitor pressure and instantly adapt to input pressure changes—even when conditions change. They have a locking nut to prevent accidental pressure changes.
Mounting brackets (sold separately) let you attach the regulator to a wall or equipment.
