Long-Life T-Shank Jigsaw Blades for Metal

For a longer life than blades with a high-speed steel body, these blades have a carbon steel body that’s more flexible and less breakable. Also known as bimetal blades, their teeth are made of high-speed steel. They’re good for complex, intricate cuts with tight curves, so they’re often used to cut specific shapes out of sheet metal to fit a custom structure.
Choose more teeth per inch for a slower, smoother cut; choose fewer teeth per inch for a faster, rougher cut. Narrower blades give you more control for detailed cuts with tight curves, while wider blades give you more stability for straight cuts.
T-shank/U-shank blades fit in jigsaws with either shank type.

Fast-Cut Long-Life T-Shank Jigsaw Blades for Metal

These progressive-tooth blades have small, fine teeth at the shank end that gradually increase to larger teeth at the tip for fast cutting. They're bimetal blades that have a carbon steel body with high-speed steel teeth for longer life than high-speed steel blades. Choose more teeth per inch for a smooth cut; choose fewer teeth per inch for fast, rough cutting.

Extra-Long-Life T-Shank Jigsaw Blades for Metal

The carbide-tipped teeth on these blades are the hardest in our jigsaw blade offering, so they last the longest. An aluminum-alloy coating keeps these blades cool while cutting and helps prevent dulling. When blades stay cool, they’re less likely to harden the edges of your material or gum up from metal shards. They’re good for complex, intricate cuts with tight curves, so they’re often used to cut specific shapes out of sheet metal to fit a custom structure. Choose more teeth per inch for a slower, smoother cut; choose fewer teeth per inch for a faster, rougher cut.

Extra-Long-Life T-Shank Jigsaw Blades

With carbide-tipped teeth—the hardest in our jigsaw blade offering—these blades last longer than bimetal blades. The high-speed steel body makes them stiffer than blades with a carbon steel body. That means they’re better at making straight cuts in hard and thick materials. They’re also narrow enough for complex, intricate cuts with tight curves. Use them for applications such as cutting specific shapes out of wood, plastic, sheet metal, and other flat materials to fit a custom structure.
Blades with 5-7 teeth per inch make quick cuts, thanks to their progressive-tooth design. Their tooth size gradually increases from small, fine teeth at the shank end to larger teeth at the tip.
Long-Life T-Shank Jigsaw Blades for Plastic

The teeth on this carbon steel blade are high-speed steel, so it lasts longer than the standard t-shank blades for plastic. It's also known as a bimetal blade.

Smooth-Cut Long-Life T-Shank Jigsaw Blades for Wood

Cut wood without leaving behind rough edges—these blades have teeth pointed in two directions to smooth both sides of your material as you cut. The upper teeth cut the top of your surface on the downstroke while the lower teeth cut the bottom on the upstroke. For quick cuts, the teeth are larger at the tip and shank end and smaller in the middle. Made with high-speed steel teeth, these blades last up to four times as long as blades with carbon steel teeth. Also known as bimetal blades, their body is carbon steel. They’re good for complex, intricate cuts with tight curves, so they’re often used to cut specific shapes out of wood to fit a custom structure.
Choose narrower blades for more control during detailed cuts with tight curves; choose wider blades for more stability during straight cuts.
Long-Life T-Shank Jigsaw Blades for Ceramics and Masonry

The edge of the blade is coated with diamond grit, which lasts longer than carbide grit when cutting through abrasive materials such as cement, brick, and tile. Choose medium grit for less material loss and a smooth cut; choose coarse grit for fast cutting.
Long-Life U-Shank Jigsaw Blades for Metal

Also known as a bimetal blade, this carbon steel blade has high-speed steel teeth and lasts longer than high-speed steel blades.
