Soft Plastic Tubing for Fuel and Lubricants
The industry standard for fuel and lubricant applications, this tubing can be used intermittently with petroleum-based products without becoming hard or brittle. Do not use with ethanol-based gasoline. It is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.
PVC tubing is the most economical option.
Tygon PVC tubing and tubing comparable to Tygon PVC can handle a wider temperature range than standard PVC tubing.
Clear tubing allows you to easily monitor flow. Semi-clear tubing gives you a limited view inside the line.

High-Temperature Soft Rubber Tubing for Fuel and Lubricants

This fluorosilicone rubber tubing can handle the highest temperatures of all of our fuel and lubricant tubing. It meets MIL-R-25988 specifications for material quality. Tubing is opaque, so you cannot see inside the line. It is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.

Grease-Filled Tubing
Don’t wait for grease to travel through a new service line—install this grease-filled tubing between the pump and a lubrication point to begin lubricating immediately.
Grease with synthetic base oil is thick, so it is often used for rotating parts, such as gear wheels and chain guide tracks. This grease protects against aging, wear, and corrosion.
Grease with lithium/calcium thickener is designed for open gears and is good for high temperatures and extreme loads. It can also be used with plain bearings and bushings. Grease with lithium thickener is best for lubricating linear guides and ball screws. It is water resistant and can be used for medium to high loads. Grease with calcium sulfonate thickener is often used in food and pharmaceutical industries because it resists corrosion and keeps its consistency when exposed to water, creating a seal.
