Chuck Grease
Designed to remain in place during machining applications, this grease stands up to high rotational speeds, high pressure, and coolant.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter. Grease with clay thickener has excellent heat resistance and good oxidation resistance.
Grease with sulfur has excellent resistance to wear and can withstand high-load and high-pressure applications.
Grease lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range. Melting temperature is the point at which grease will fail and run out of equipment, leaving it to run dry.

Tapping and Threading Lubricants
Use these lubricants for easier and faster tapping, cutting, and threading of hard and thick material. They reduce friction between your cutting tool and workpiece to make cutting cycles faster and easier, improve surface finishes, and extend tool life. Use at full strength.
Lubricants with sulfur and lubricants with chlorine handle high pressure.
Mobil Mobilmet 766 is formulated for heavy duty use on hard metal, such as stainless steel and titanium. It resists misting for a cleaner workspace.

Use Ridgid lubricants to cut external threads into pipe. They’re chlorine free, for use where chlorine waste disposal is a concern, and halogen free. They’re often used with Ridgid pipe and conduit threaders. Ridgid Endura-Clear extends the life of dies and other thread-cutting tools. Milling, Turning, and Sawing Lubricants
These lubricants reduce friction between your cutting tool and workpiece to make cutting cycles faster and easier, improve surface finishes, and extend tool life. They are chlorine free for use where chlorine waste disposal is a concern.
Lubricants with sulfur resist high pressure and are for use with difficult-to-machine material, such as stainless steel and hard metal.
Lubricants for use with cast iron, stainless steel, and steel will stain other metal. Use them at full strength or blended with other oil.
Apply Cool Tool II directly to your cutting tool. Use at full strength.
Use LPS Tapmatic lubricants at full strength.

They reduce friction between your cutting tool and workpiece to make cutting cycles faster and easier, improve surface finishes, and extend tool life. Use alone or blend with other oil.
Milling, Drilling, and Turning Coolants
Dissipate heat and prevent corrosion with these coolants that stand up to long machining cycles when milling and turning. They are chlorine free for use where chlorine waste disposal is a concern.
Dilute oil-based coolants with water for use in flood coolant systems. Mineral-oil-based coolants create a milky emulsion with excellent lubricity for use with difficult-to-machine material, such as stainless steel and hard metal.

Micro-drop coolant dispensers (sold separately) reduce heat with small, controlled droplets of coolant and air that dissipate heat and resist misting. Because only a small amount of coolant is used, they’re easy to clean up. Use for small jobs. They prevent corrosion and inhibit bacteria growth to prevent foul odors. They are chlorine free for use where chlorine waste disposal is a concern. Use at full strength.
Synthetic-oil-based coolants are made with sulfur to handle demanding cuts with hard material.
