Use this general purpose grease to lubricate most machinery.

Grease lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range.

Clay Thickener—Grease with clay thickener has excellent heat resistance and good oxidation resistance.

1 NLGI Grade—NLGI 1 is about the consistency of tomato paste.

2 NLGI Grade—NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter.

2.5 NLGI Grade—NLGI 2.5 is between the consistencies of peanut butter and vegetable shortening.

Mineral Oil Base—Mineral-oil-based grease, derived from petroleum, is usually more economical than synthetic-oil-based grease.

Semi-Synthetic Oil Base—Semi-synthetic-oil-based grease, a blend of mineral and synthetic oils, balances low cost with long-lasting performance.

Aluminum Additive—Grease with aluminum has excellent stability and wear resistance when used with metal.

Molybdenum Disulfide Additive—Grease with molybdenum disulfide has excellent resistance to wear and can withstand high-load and high-pressure applications.

Zinc Alloy Additive—Grease with zinc alloy neutralizes acid and is a good replacement for leaded grease.

Nonmelting—Nonmelting grease can be used at temperatures above the maximum temperature briefly, but then will break down more quickly.

Melting Temperature—Melting temperature is the point at which grease will fail and run out of equipment, leaving it to run dry.

Cannot Be Sold To—Grease that cannot be sold to the listed areas is restricted by product labeling requirements or local regulatory limits on VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

Wire Rope and Cable Grease

Penetrate to the core of wire rope, preventing rust and reducing wear between strands. This grease has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. It is thick to stay in place at high wire rope travel speeds.
