Finish-Your-Own-Bore Two-Piece Shaft Collars

Machine the bore on these two-piece collars to the exact size you need. They fit snugly on shafts that are worn thin, oversized from coatings, or uncommonly sized. Attach them anywhere along the shaft when other components are already installed or you can't access the ends. The collars clamp evenly without marring the shaft, so you can reposition or remove them later.

Black-Oxide Carbon Steel—Dark and matted for a finished look, but with minimal corrosion resistance. Best for dry environments.

Carbon Steel—Strong and easy to machine. Use in dry environments, since moisture will cause steel to rust.

303 Stainless Steel—Withstand moisture and mild cleaning solutions, such as acetone and ammonia. These are easier to machine than other stainless steel collars.

Aluminum—One-third the weight of steel and corrosion resistant.

Finish-Your-Own-Face Shaft Collars

Machine slots, holes, and grooves into the flush face as needed to attach components. These collars slide over the end of a shaft and tighten with clamping screws. They grip firmly and evenly without marring the shaft, so you can reposition or remove them later.

Black-Oxide Carbon Steel—Dark and matted for a finished look, but with minimal corrosion resistance. Best for dry environments.
