Similar in function to tubular machine lights, except strip machine lights have a flat lens that directs light downward. These lights are sealed to keep out fluid, chips, and shavings, so they can be mounted directly inside machines. With built-in LEDs, these lights last longer, are more efficient, and generate less heat than other light technologies. They produce a cool or daylight appearance that highlights white/blue tones, which is good for inspecting.

All lights are rated IP67 to withstand temporary submersion in a maximum of one meter of water for up to 30 minutes, so they're built tougher than needed for machine environments. Lights rated IP69K also withstand high-temperature, high-pressure washdowns that are often used in sanitizing.

Style A lights have a low profile that allows them to fit into the tightest spaces inside machinery. They have a scratch-resistant acrylic plastic lens that won't turn yellow over time.

Illuminate machines or monitor processes in environments that reach up to 210° F. These lights have a thick housing that acts as a heat sink to protect the LEDs and driver from overheating. Tough enough for CNC machines, both the housing and glass lens resist impact and vibration. They’re sealed against coolant, lubricant, and chips and shavings. IP rated, they withstand high-temperature washdown sprays and temporary submersion, so they can handle your wettest environments. All have FEP-covered wire leads that withstand heat and hardwire to your 24V DC power supply.

Add a power supply (sold separately) to transform your facility’s 120V AC to 24V DC. Mount the power supply outside of your machine to protect it from heat.

With a smooth, shatterproof lens, these lights have no crevices where debris can accumulate. Their stainless steel connectors, plastic lens, and mounts resist acids, alkalis, and other chemicals commonly used in food environment washdowns. All are IP rated to seal out dust and withstand high-pressure, high-temperature sprays required for sanitizing.

To connect these lights to your DC power supply, add either a 3- or 4-pole micro M12 cord or socket (both sold separately).

Cascadable lights can be linked together to form a row. Connect them with 4-pole micro M12 cords (sold separately).
