    Style A

    Style B

    Update conventional fluorescent tubular lights with newer LED technology. These lights match the diameter of most older lights and fit existing brackets without the need to drill new mounting holes. They have a durable lens that resists coolants, lubricants, and impact from chips and shavings. All are rated IP67 for protection against dust and temporary submersion, so these lights can handle your wettest environments.
    Style A—Style A have a traditional tubular design that distributes light more evenly than Style B. Plug them into a standard outlet and use the switch built into the cord to turn them on and off.
    Style B—Style B have a flat lens that directs light downward. Hardwire them to your power supply. They come with mounting brackets at each end.
    Clip-On Mounting Brackets—Mounting brackets (sold separately) clip anywhere along the light, so you can position them where it makes sense for your machine.

    Plug-In Tape Lights

    These thin, flexible lights wrap around equipment, hide under cabinets, and squeeze into tight spaces—all you need is an outlet. Just peel and stick to attach them to any smooth surface. They’re easier to install than hardwired tape lights, but they’re not as bright. All come with a controller to turn them on or off and adjust the brightness and light appearance. You can also cut them to size.
    Any Color Light—Tape lights with any-color LEDs can display the full spectrum of colors and any temperature of white. Use them to illuminate signs, brighten displays, or mark zones in your facility. They’re more flexible than tape lights with only white LEDs, so you can bend them around corners without adding a connecting cable.
    20 ft. Long—You can connect two 20 ft. long lights to create a longer light.

    Machine Vision Backlights

    Detect edges, take measurements, and spot holes with your machine vision camera by passing objects over these backlights. They cast even, low-intensity light that sits opposite from your inspection camera to produce a silhouette for your camera to focus on. Each backlight requires an M12 cord (sold separately) to power it.
    Add a mount to secure your backlight to a load-bearing surface.
    White Light—White lights produce clean, crisp illumination in blue and white tones, which is ideal for inspection work. They’re a versatile choice to help your camera see objects made of any color. However, they will reflect on shiny surfaces.
    Red Light—Red lights won’t create a reflection or glare because the color is absorbed by materials, which makes them ideal for inspecting shiny glass, plastic, or metal objects. By creating a contrasting color, they’ll help you easily inspect the edges and contours of an object. However, red lights won't create enough contrast to inspect red-colored objects.
    IP67 Enclosure Rating—Backlights with an IP67-rated housing are sealed to keep out dust and moisture, so you can use them on the floor below your conveyor or even submerge them in water.

    Recessed-Mount Strip Machine Lights

    Mount these lights into an opening in your CNC machine. They sit flush with the surface for a streamlined look, and they free up space for setting up or maintaining your machine. A tempered glass lens protects them from coolants and lubricants, as well as impacts from chips and shavings. Rated IP67, these lights are sealed to protect them from dust and temporary submersion in water. They’re also rated IP69K for protection from high-temperature sprays from washdowns. All require a cord (sold separately) to connect to your 24V DC power supply. 3-Pole Micro M12 plugs are compatible with cords that have 4 poles.

    Style A

    Connect these lights to your machine’s power supply to brighten work areas during setup or maintenance. Use them with brake presses, extruders, and other machines that don’t produce fluid or chips.
    Linkable—Linkable lights can be joined together with a cord (sold separately). If you add a rocker switch, it will control all linked lights.
    Style A—Style A are brighter and have a wider beam angle than Style B, so they illuminate a larger area. Their polycarbonate lens resists impacts. They require a cord (sold separately) to connect to your 24V DC power supply. Their M12 plug is compatible with sockets that have 3 or 4 poles. Add a magnetic mounting bracket for quick installation on metal surfaces. If your machine can’t switch lights on, add a rocker switch.

    Style B

    As chips fly and coolant splashes, these lights shine bright in tough machining conditions. Use them to light up your CNC machine for everything from tool swaps to tune-ups. A thick, tempered glass lens shields them from damage. Rated IP67, these lights are also sealed for protection against dust and temporary submersion, so they’ll hold up in wet and dirty environments.
    Linkable—Linkable lights require a cord (sold separately) to connect multiple lights.
    Style A—Style A are the most common. They include mounting brackets that pivot to aim light where you need it.
    Style B—Style B have a thin, flat profile—no thicker than a slice of bread—to fit into the tightest spaces. Use the through holes to mount them directly to your machine’s surface.
    3 Poles—Lights with a 3-pole plug require a cord (sold separately) to connect to your power supply.
    M12 Connection—M12 plugs are compatible with sockets that have 3 or 4 poles.
    IP69K Enclosure Rating—IP69K rated lights withstand high-temperature, high-pressure washdowns.
    Rocker Switches—If you’d rather place a switch in a different spot, add a rocker switch (sold separately).
