Hazardous Location 22 mm Panel-Mount Push-Button Switches
A housing seals in anything that could ignite flammable material, so you can use these switches where explosive gas, dust, and fibers may be. They actuate with a quick push. You’ll know they’re safe because they’re UL listed and meet NEC Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D for hazardous locations. Install them in a standard panel cutout. The buttons are distinct colors to help you identify switches without reading labels.
Those that are illuminated make switches easier to see in low light.
Switches come with a contact block for each number of circuits they control. Additional contact blocks (sold separately) can be added to control more circuits or replace the included contact block.

Hazardous Location 30 mm Panel-Mount Push-Button Switches
Actuate these switches with a quick push. A housing seals in anything that could ignite flammable material, so you can use them where ignitable gas and dust may be present. You’ll know they’re safe because they meet NEC Class I Div. 2, Groups B, C, D for hazardous locations. Install them in a standard panel cutout.
Mushroom switches have a button that sticks out from the panel. Because they’re easy to identify and actuate, these switches are often used to stop equipment. They have a twist reset, so they’ll return to their starting position when you rotate the button.
Switches come with a contact block for each number of circuits they control. Additional contact blocks (sold separately) can be added to control more circuits, or to replace the included contact block.

Stop Panel-Mount Push-Button Switches
Switches immediately cut power with a single push. Use these switches where ignitable gas and dust may be present. Their contact blocks are explosion proof and UL listed for Class I, Division 2, Groups B, C, and D hazardous locations. All are rated NEMA 4X and IP65 for protection from corrosion and washdowns. They include enough contact blocks to control the number of circuits listed.
Additional contact blocks (sold separately) can be added to control more circuits, or replace the included contact block.

Aluminum Enclosed Push-Button Switches
A lightweight yet durable alternative to stainless steel enclosed switches, these aluminum enclosed switches withstand corrosion, oil, and washdowns. They can mount directly to a wall when there’s not enough room in an electrical panel. The enclosure has knockouts so you can easily connect it to conduit fittings and cord grips.

Made for areas where ignitable gas and vapor may be present, these switches have a housing that seals in anything that could spark flammable material. You'll know they're safe because they're NEC Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D certified for hazardous locations. They're also UL and C-UL listed and CSA certified. They require you to grip and twist a lever to turn them on or off, so they won’t accidentally actuate if you bump into them. Mount into a standard panel cutout.

These switches are rated for environments where hazardous material is present. Press the pedal with your foot for hands-free operation. They have an oversized guard that accommodates bulky footwear.
Hazardous location environmental ratings indicate whether manufacturers have included safety features in products to facilitate their safe use in a hazardous environment. Before selecting a product for a hazardous location, ensure it is rated for your environment. See About Hazardous Location Environmental Ratings.

Hazardous Location 30 mm Panel-Mount Key Switches
Designed for use near ignitable gases, fibers, and dust, these switches have a housing that seals in anything that could ignite flammable material. You’ll know they’re safe because they’re NEC Class 1, Division 2 Groups A-D and NEC Zone 1 Groups IIC-IIA certified for hazardous locations. These switches require a key to turn circuits on or off, preventing accidental actuation and limiting access to sensitive equipment. Since they’re keyed alike, all open with the same key. Install them in a standard panel cutout.
Switches that control two circuits come with a contact block for each circuit.
Additional contact blocks (sold separately) can be added to control more circuits, or to replace the included contact block.

Hazardous Location Cable-Pull Emergency Stop Switches

Safe to use near ignitable gases and dust, the housing on these switches seals in anything that could ignite flammable material. All are UL listed and CSA certified for use in hazardous locations. Yank the cable anywhere along your line to quickly cut power in emergencies. They have positive-force, snap-open contacts that open a circuit when actuated, even if a spring fails or the contacts stick. The contacts will remain open until you tension the cable and reset the switch. Use the tension indicator to visually confirm that they’re reset correctly.

Hazardous Location Enclosed Motor Switches

Safely turn motors on and off near ignitable gases and dust—the housing on these switches seals in anything that could ignite flammable material. Made from aluminum, the housing is lightweight and durable. It guards against water, oil, and other materials that could cause damage. Even in harsh conditions, there’s no need to mount these switches inside an electrical panel.
You need to grip and twist the lever to actuate these switches, so they won’t accidentally turn on or off if something bumps into them. In addition to starting and stopping motors, they work with other circuits, such as lighting and electric heat circuits. They don’t provide overload protection.
