Bolt-Style Sleeve Anchors for Block and Brick

Remove the bolt so the anchor is flush with your walls and floors to slide components past these anchors, making it easier to install or make adjustments. They’re best for door frames that need to be pressed into place or machinery you service frequently. All have a sleeve that expands inside your hole to create a strong grip. Since the gripping force is distributed along the entire length of the anchor, it won’t crack soft materials like block and brick. You can use these anchors as an alternative to wedge anchors in concrete near edges, corners, or other weak points, but they are not as strong.
To install, drive the anchor through your component into a drilled hole until the head meets the surface. Then, tighten the bolt to expand the anchor sleeve. As you tighten, the nylon ring compresses to secure the component against the surface. You can remove the bolt, but the anchor itself cannot be removed.

Drive Rivet Anchors for Block and Brick

Fasten signs, security cameras, and motion detectors. All of these anchors have a rivet head that creates a secure connection with a finished look. Easier to install than other types of anchors for block and brick, the anchors expand as you hammer in the pin or screw. Since the gripping force is distributed along the entire length of the anchor, it won’t crack soft materials. These anchors can be used in concrete near edges, corners, or other weak points, but they are not as strong as other drive rivet anchors for concrete.
To install, insert the anchor through your component and into a drilled hole. Then, hammer the pin or screw until it's flush with the anchor's head, which expands the anchor body.

Mesh Anchors for Hollow Block and Brick

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Anchors. Mesh Anchors for Hollow Block and Brick.
Image of Product. Front orientation. Anchors. Mesh Anchors for Hollow Block and Brick.
Create a secure connection that withstands vibration better than any of our other anchors for block and brick. The mesh on these anchors grips adhesive (sold separately), preventing it from running into the cavities of hollow block and brick to secure threaded rods or screws. To achieve the stated strengths, you must use the adhesive listed. A good option for outdoor use, these anchors are made of 18-8 stainless steel to resist rusting while your adhesive seals out moisture.
To install, first fill the mesh anchor with adhesive and press it into a drilled hole. Then, press the tab against your block to hold the anchor in place, and insert a threaded rod or screw. The rod or screw will push the adhesive out of the mesh, forming a plug that keeps the rod or screw in place once the adhesive dries. Once installed, the rod or screw can’t be removed.

    High-Strength Toggle Anchors for Drywall

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Anchors. High-Strength Toggle Anchors for Drywall.
Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Anchors. High-Strength Toggle Anchors for Drywall.
Our highest-strength drywall anchors are strong enough to secure pegboards, grab bars, and sinks. The toggle creates an extremely tight hold and won’t fall behind the wall when your screw is removed, so you can switch out components without losing strength. However, the anchor itself cannot be removed. Unlike traditional toggle bolt anchors, the toggle is pulled tight to the wall with the cap, which also covers the hole.
To install, push the toggle through a drilled hole and pull the anchor back toward you until the toggle rests flush against the wall. Then, slide the cap along the straps up to the wall. Push straps side-to-side, snapping them off so they're level with the cap. Next, position your component over the hole, insert a machine screw, and tighten. The minimum screw length is the wall and component thicknesses plus 1/2".

These anchors are your go-to for suspending conduit, lighting, and pipe overhead in concrete. All have an internal plug that expands in four directions to create a tight grip before inserting a threaded rod or bolt. Since the grip is focused at the base, these anchors are best suited for concrete, which can handle the gripping pressure better than softer block and brick. They’re also known as drop-in anchors.
To install, place the anchor into the hole, insert the required installation tool (sold separately), and drive with a hammer until the shoulder of the tool contacts the anchor. All create a permanent female-threaded connection that lets you remove and reinstall a screw or threaded rod.
Corrosion-Resistant 18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these anchors resist rust. However, they’ll corrode or pit when exposed to salt water and chemicals.

    Wedge Anchors for Concrete

Secure junction boxes, safety railings, and structural beams in concrete floors. These anchors have a wedge-shaped base that expands against the hole’s sides, forming a tight grip that withstands high pull-out forces. Since the grip is focused at the base, these anchors are best suited for concrete, which can handle the gripping pressure better than softer block and brick. However, they require holes that match the anchors' diameter exactly to achieve their pull-out strength, making them more difficult to install than sleeve anchors.
To install, drive the anchor through your component into a drilled hole until the washer and nut meet the surface. Then, tighten the nut to expand the anchor base. Remove your component by unfastening the nut, but the anchor itself cannot be removed.
Corrosion-Resistant 18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these anchors resist rust. However, they’ll corrode or pit when exposed to salt water and chemicals.
