Metal-Detectable UHMW Polyethylene Rods

Reduce the risk of contaminating your process line—these rods have an additive that can be located by metal detectors. Use them for bushings and bearings where food safety is a priority. They have excellent impact resistance and a slippery surface that prevents sticking and reduces wear.

Metal-Detectable UHMW Polyethylene Sheets

If a chip of this material breaks off, it can be located by metal detectors to reduce contamination risks. Often used as machine guards and liners in food processing lines, these UHMW sheets have excellent impact resistance and a slippery surface that prevents sticking and reduces wear.
