    Pump with Metering Nozzle

    Operating on a 12-volt battery, these pumps transfer and drain fuel such as gasoline, diesel fuel, and kerosene. Lock the nozzle with a padlock (not included).

    Inject chemicals into your water supply without using electricity—these pumps install directly in your pipeline and activate when water flows into the pump head. They provide consistent metering regardless of pressure and flow changes and have an adjustment dial for altering dosing concentration.     Pump fuel in hazardous environments with flammable gases. Pumps are UL listed for Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Group D.

    Style B pumps have a metering nozzle that registers total volume up to 99,999.9 gallons. Lock with a padlock (not included). A bypass valve prevents pressure buildup when the nozzle is closed.
    Anti-Siphon Kits—Anti-siphon kit prevents reverse flow with a vacuum breaker and includes all hose, fittings, and seals required for installation.
    Pump Pedestals—Pedestal kit converts your pump from a drum mount to a pedestal mount.

    Calibration Columns

    Calibrate the flow rate of metering pumps. A graduated scale with zero at the top lets you easily see how much fluid is lost over the course of a one-minute test. This will tell you your pump’s flow rate. Periodic testing helps alert you to issues in your system, such as worn or dirty valves. Checking the flow rate after performing maintenance ensures your pump is working properly.
    Install the column between your reservoir and pump. They require shutoff access to your reservoir and an on/off valve (not included) at the point where they connect to your system. To start the test, open the on/off valve as the system is running to fill the column with fluid up to the zero mark. Shut off the valve and wait one minute before observing the liquid level in the column. After you've taken the reading, close the on/off valve to the column and reopen access to the reservoir.
