Save time by cutting keyways in one pass. These broaches are longer and have thicker teeth than standard broaches, so you won’t need multiple passes or shims. Each tooth’s cutting edge is a few thousandths of an inch larger than the one before. As the broach moves through the material, the increasing size of the teeth gradually shapes the keyway until the final tooth reaches the exact dimensions needed. Since you use these broaches in hand and hydraulic arbor presses, they’re best for maintenance and small-batch manufacturing. A bushing is required (not included).

Note: Broaches have a style designation of A, B, B1, C, or D. For proper fit, broaches and bushings used together must have the same letter designation.
