Micrometer Head Mounting Brackets

Mount a micrometer head to your jig or fixture to accurately position workpieces.

For Stems with Clamping Nut—Brackets for stems with a clamping nut are designed to be used with the nut on your micrometer head’s stem. Unthread the clamping nut, slide your micrometer spindle through the bracket, and thread the clamping nut back on.

For Plain Stems—Brackets for plain stems include a set screw that tightens the bracket around the stem of your micrometer to secure it in place.
