Stand-Mount Electric Mixers for Small Batches

Separately)

Clamp the 10" long bar of these mixers onto the vertical shaft of a stand (sold separately). Propeller is left hand and moves clockwise when viewed from above to direct flow downward for efficient mixing. An adjustment dial allows you to alter your mixing speed.

For Thin Liquids—Mixers for thin liquids are for liquids with a viscosity similar to water and light oils. Also known as direct-drive mixers, they operate at high speeds for rapid turnover.

For Thick Liquids—Mixers for thick liquids are for liquids with a viscosity similar to honey and molasses. Also known as a gear-drive mixer, they turn the propeller at low speeds.
