Choose the right vibration-damping mounts to protect equipment from damage and reduce noise.

These bushings have a taller profile than vibration-damping grommets, so they can be used in thicker panels. With only one rim, they're also easier to install. They isolate vibration around motors, fans, blowers, and actuators to extend part life and minimize downtime.
Bushings with Steel Insert—These bushings have a steel insert that prevents overcompressing the rubber during installation. The insert also acts as a spacer to shield the rubber from contact with the bolt, reducing wear and extending the bushing’s life. To make these bushings fail-safe, install with a washer. If the rubber fails, the washer supports your equipment and prevents costly downtime.
Natural Rubber—The most common choice, these mounts won't scuff or tear easily. They stay strong and flexible even under constant vibration and repeated movement.
Multipurpose Neoprene—Resist wear and tear well enough for most applications. They are UV resistant and won't break down when exposed to oil, grease, and gasoline, so they're a good choice for motors and pumps.
TPV Rubber—The choice for outdoor use, these mounts protect precision bearings and other fine-tuned parts from vibration through a bad storm or deep freeze.
Chemical-Resistant PVC—Keep their flexibility when exposed to coatings, lubricants, and cleaning agents, such as the sodium hydroxide used in detergents.

The ribs flex to absorb slow, rumbling vibrations better than smooth rubber bushings. Install these bushings around shafts, large fans, and other slow-rotating components to extend part life and minimize downtime. Pair a ribbed vibration-damping washer with a bushing to absorb more vibration.
Multipurpose Neoprene—Resist wear and tear well enough for most applications. They are UV resistant and won't break down when exposed to oil, grease, and gasoline, so they're a good choice for motors and pumps.
TPR Rubber—The choice for outdoor use, these mounts protect precision bearings and other fine-tuned parts from vibration through a bad storm or deep freeze.

These snap-together grommets are a low-fuss option, especially when installing several at once. They isolate vibration to protect components such as electrical connections and fine-thread fasteners. Grommets also install underneath equipment to extend machine life and prevent damage to floors.
Chemical-Resistant Polyurethane Rubber—Keep their strength and flexibility when exposed to a wide range of coatings, solvents, oils, and cleaners made with mild acids and bases.
Style 3—A steel plate distributes loads evenly and prevents the rubber from being pulled or squeezed out of place when overloaded or overcompressed.

Prevent wobbling caused by vibration and shock to keep bearings, cooling fans, and other internal components aligned and intact. With a steel top plate and wide base, these are the sturdiest sandwich mounts we offer. They'll support loads up to 1,800 pounds from above, but they're not recommended for side-mounting (shear) applications, such as an electrical panel mounted to a wall. Unlike mounts with threaded holes, you can install these with any bolt or screw of your choice, threaded or unthreaded.

Prevent motor downtime by protecting bearings from stray currents generated by variable frequency drives. These grounding rings create a path for stray currents, so they won't damage bearing surfaces. Use them on AC motors.
