T-Slotted Framing Hinges
Use hinges to add doors, lids, and machine guards to T-slotted framing.
Rail-to-rail hinges provide smooth motion at the junction between two rails. Rail-to-panel hinges provide smooth motion at the junction between a rail and a panel.

Slotted-hole hinges give you some wiggle room when mounting these hinges to your rails, allowing you to customize the position of your rails.

Friction hinges provide constant resistance through the full range of motion to hold lids, panels, and doors at any angle. Tighten or loosen the adjustment screw to change the resistance of the hinge.

Hinges with a lift-off pin have a permanently attached pin for quickly lifting the door off the hinge without removing the pin. To choose between right-side and left-side hinges, stand on the pull side of your door. Use a left-side hinge if the hinge will be on the left of your door. Use a right-side hinge if the hinge will be on the right of your door.

Lever lock position hinges can lock open at any angle up to 180°. Pull the lever up and turn it a quarter turn to make adjustments.

Safety hinges have a switch that automatically shuts off power to machinery when an access door opens. If your door requires more than one hinge, only one needs to have a safety switch; use hinges without a safety switch for the rest. Make sure to mount the safety switch on the rail that won't be moving.

T-Slotted Framing Pivots
Pivots provide smooth motion at the junction between two T-slotted rails.
Heavy duty pivots have bearings for a longer life than standard pivots.
Inline/perpendicular pivots provide versatile mounting options. For perpendicular mounting, snap the tabs of the bottom of the pivot with a slotted screwdriver. To install on the end of the rail, tap the end of the rail and align the tabs on the bottom of the pivot with the slot on the rail. Locking inline/perpendicular pivots have a handle that locks in place to position parts or hold doors and lids open.
