    Protect your neck and face from the sun's rays. An inner elastic rim fits over most hard hats.
    50 Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF)—Sun shields with a 50 UPF block 98% of the sun's UV rays. Roll up and secure the neck shade when you don't need the coverage and would prefer the extra airflow. The underside of the brim is dark to reduce the sun's glare, so you're not squinting in bright light.
    Polyester Fabric—These sun shields are made of lightweight polyester fabric, so they won’t weigh you down.

    Clip these bibs to the base of any welding helmet to add chin and neck protection from flames, sparks, and UV light. Unlike face masks, they won’t add bulk underneath your helmet.
    Style A—Style A protect the front of your neck and chest.
    Style B—Style B cover the front and sides of your neck. They won’t hang over your eyes when you raise your helmet, so you can keep them attached all day.

    Heat-Reflective Aluminized Hard Hat Shrouds

    Protect your neck from heat, sparks, and molten metal splashes. Often used in steel mills and glass plants, these shrouds are made of aluminized material. Use the hook and loop tabs to fasten them to a hard hat (sold separately). They have snaps in the front to close the shroud around the front of your neck.
    Rayon Fabric—Rayon provides good radiant-heat protection as well as moderate spark protection.
    Carbon Fiber/Kevlar Fabric—Carbon/Kevlar blend is a heavyweight fabric that lasts longer than rayon. It holds up in higher temperatures than rayon while providing excellent abrasion and cut resistance.

    Polypropylene Fabric—Polypropylene fabric offers economical protection in environments where liquid splashes are not a concern.
    Metal Detectable—Metal-detectable hair covers have a built-in metal clip that will set off metal detectors if they fall into your food line. They’re also bright blue, which makes them easy to spot. Use them to help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs.
