Internally Threaded Chemical-Resistant Ball Joint Rod Ends
Made of impact-resistant nylon, these rod ends withstand corrosion as well as fuels, lyes, and weak acids. They are also 80% lighter than steel rod ends. A self-lubricating nylon ball provides maximum abrasion resistance and eliminates the need for lubrication.

Chemical-Resistant Clevis Rod Ends
In addition to offering superior chemical resistance, these lightweight, fiber-reinforced nylon rod ends also reduce noise and vibration. Also called yoke-end linkages, they support pivoting movement along one axis when threaded onto shafts, rods, valve pistons, and other assemblies.

Lightweight Swivel Joints
These nylon swivel joints are 80% lighter than steel swivel joints with better corrosion resistance. Also known as spherical bearings, they support angular misalignment. Press them into a hole or housing where a ball joint rod end won’t fit.

Snap-On Ball Socket End Fittings for Gas Springs
These end fittings snap right on a ball stud—an integral retaining clip grips the ball stud for secure attachment until you apply enough force to pop it off. Thread these ball socket end fittings onto gas springs. They rotate in any direction on a ball stud to compensate for misalignment. End fittings require a ball stud or ball stud mounting bracket (sold separately) to mount gas springs.
Select end fittings with a thread size that matches the rod and end thread sizes of your gas spring. The fittings will increase your gas spring's extended and compressed lengths, so add the Length 1 value for each fitting you attach.
Glass-filled nylon fittings reduce noise and vibration, are lightweight, and resist chemicals better than steel fittings do. They’re not as strong as steel fittings, however, so they’re typically used in lighter duty applications.

Quick-Release Snap-On Ball Socket End Fittings for Gas Springs
Lift the clip on these end fittings to secure and release attachment to your ball stud. Thread these ball socket end fittings onto gas springs.
