O-Ring Bonding Kits
These kits include everything you need to make your own O-rings, including cord stock, a splicing jig, adhesive, and a razor blade.
Buna-N cord stock resists oil and grease.
EPDM cord stock resists water, steam, and isopropyl alcohol.
Fluoroelastomer cord stock resists boric acid, fuels, and transmission fluid.
Relacement jigs splice cord stock from 0.103” to 0.375” Wd.

O-Ring Hot-Bonding Kits
Also known as O-ring vulcanizing kits, these use a combination of heat and adhesive to create a bond that’s stronger and has greater elasticity than a bond made of adhesive alone. Kits include a sheet of silicone adhesive for bonding silicone cord stock. Cord stock is sold separately.
