Maximum occupancy signs show the maximum number of people that are allowed in your facility to help prevent overcrowding and the spread of illness. Enter your facility’s occupancy number in the blank space using a permanent marker, erasable marker, or adhesive-back characters (sold separately). Choosing an erasable marker or adhesive-back characters will allow you to update the signs as necessary.
Aluminum—Aluminum signs are the best choice for long-lasting outdoor use. They won’t corrode if exposed to water, chemical splashes, or harsh weather. They’re also UV resistant, so they won’t fade in sunlight.
Polyethylene—For indoor use, choose between vinyl and polyethylene signs. Polyethylene signs are more durable than vinyl signs, and they don’t chip or crack easily.
OSHA Compliant 29 CFR 1910.145—Signs that meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 follow color and text standards for sharing information that is important, but not hazard-related.
