Zinc-Free Hydraulic Oil

Use this oil where zinc compatibility or environmental issues are a concern. Phosphorus additives replace zinc to give it the wear-resistance hydraulic pumps and equipment need, even in high-pressure systems.

Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil

Protect equipment while having a limited impact on the environment. This oil is considered an Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant (EAL) by the EPA’s Vessel General Permit. To qualify as an EAL, a lubricant must be able to quickly break down in water. Wear-resistant properties keep hydraulic pumps and equipment working, even in high-pressure systems.

Hydraulic and Way Oil

Use this oil in machines that require the same lubricant for both their hydraulic and way systems. Antiwear and oxidation-resistant additives make it work well with hydraulic systems, while moly gives it the high load-carrying ability required by way systems.
Viscosity is the thickness of an oil. The higher the grade, the thicker the oil, and the less it flows.
Hydraulic Jack Oil

This heavy-duty, high-pressure oil protects hydraulic jacks from corrosion and wear.
Viscosity is the thickness of an oil. The higher the grade, the thicker the oil, and the less it flows.
Oil without zinc can only be used in hand pumps. Oil with zinc has additional wear-resistant properties to keep hydraulic pumps and equipment working, even in high-pressure systems.

Food Industry Hydraulic Oil

For use in food-processing and preparation areas, this oil is NSF registered H1 or meets FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 for incidental food contact. It has wear-resistant properties to keep hydraulic pumps and equipment working, even in high-pressure systems.
Viscosity is the thickness of an oil. The higher the grade, the thicker the oil, and the less it flows.
Mineral oil is derived from petroleum and is more economical than synthetic oil. Synthetic oil lasts longer than mineral oil and withstands a wider range of temperatures. Vegetable oil is slicker than mineral oil but also breaks down more quickly.
Oil with phosphorus has excellent wear resistance, so it can be used in high-pressure systems for longer durations.
Oil with a 400° F max. temp. can be used near ovens and other high-temperature areas.

Hydraulic System Treatments

Protect and clean hydraulic, automatic transmission, and power steering systems—these treatments clear out sticky varnish and prolong system life. They help manage moisture levels in hydraulic systems, and dissolve harmful deposits to improve performance in automatic transmission systems. In power steering systems, they reduce noise from the steering pump, promote smoother steering, and control moisture levels. They’re also used to flush out systems before replacing power steering fluid.
These treatments are compatible with all petroleum-based hydraulic oil and power steering fluids. They work with all conventional and synthetic, petroleum- and mineral-based automatic transmission fluids.
