    Replacement Pump Intake Tubes

    Chemical Hose Nozzles with Hose and Cam-and-Groove Fittings

    Dispense chemicals from a line that attaches and detaches from your drum or intermediate bulk container (IBC) in seconds. These nozzles and the included hose come with fittings that connect when you insert the plug into the socket and push the levers down. To resist corroding from citric acid, ethanol, and other chemicals, these nozzles are made of either polypropylene or aluminum and the hose is PVC. These nozzles are not designed for pressurized systems and should be used in applications where liquid can flow by gravity. Use the trigger to adjust how much they dispense at a time. These nozzles swivel to make directing the flow easier. Hook the included bracket onto the top of a drum or tank to hang the hose when not in use.

    Steel Housing—Steel pumps work with fuels and flammable liquids, but not especially aggressive and corrosive chemicals.

    A cast iron housing and steel gears allow these gear pumps to be used to dispense oil and fuel such as hydraulic oil and diesel fuel. Select your own motor to tailor them to your application. Use an air or electric motor with a coupling and belt/pulley drive. They produce a smooth flow of liquid for applications such as engine lubrication. All are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Do not use with solids.
    Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry.

    For extra gripping power and a strong seal, these valves have Yor-Lok fittings with two sleeves that bite into tubing as you tighten the nut. All are compatible with Swagelok®, Let-Lok, and Parker A-Lok fittings. The 316 stainless steel body, seal and needle, and the PTFE seat and packing can withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments for metering, sampling, and other applications requiring fine flow control. Threads and a hex nut below the handle allow you to mount these valves in instrument panels. All have a nut that can be tightened to compress the packing if it leaks. Valves have bubble-tight soft seats that provide a tight seal when the valve is completely closed.

    With a 316 stainless steel housing and stainless steel gears, these gear pumps are often used to dispense chemicals such as ethylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, and nitric acid. Use an electric motor with a coupling and belt/pulley drive. They produce a smooth flow of liquid. All are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Do not use with solids.

    These pumps have a motor that is rated for IEC Zone 1, Groups IIB and IIA; and IEC Zone 21, Groups IIIC, IIIB, and IIIA hazardous locations with flammable gases and vapors, so they can be used with liquids such as acetone, ethanol, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), xylene, and mineral spirits. Motor is nonsparking for use in applications where electricity is unavailable or dangerous. Install an air line filter/lubricator to ensure efficiency and reduce wear on the pump.
