Miniature Threaded On/Off Valves

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Air, Argon, Helium, Krypton, Neon, Water, Xenon
- Seal Material: EPDM Rubber
With 10-32 UNF threads and a body less than 3/4” long, these valves are often used to control flow in miniature pipelines. They have a 303 stainless steel body for good corrosion resistance. All are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

On/Off Valves with Luer Lock Fittings
With just a half turn or a light push, these valves connect to luer lock fittings on your line. Their universal connection size fits any luer lock plug or socket.
303 stainless steel valves have the best corrosion resistance.
Connections with a locking ring are more secure than those without a locking ring, so they’re better for high pressures. Give the ring a half turn to lock them in place. You can’t remove the locking ring.

Miniature Threaded On/Off Valves for Chemicals

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Air, Argon, Butane, Carbon Dioxide, Chlorine, Citric Acid, Diesel Fuel, Ethylene Glycol, Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Helium, Hydrochloric Acid, Isopropyl Alcohol, Kerosene, Krypton, Mineral Spirits, Natural Gas, Neon, Nitric Acid, Nitrogen, Oil, Oxygen, Phosphoric Acid, Propane, Salt Water, Soap Solutions, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sulfuric Acid, Toluene, Water, Xenon, Xylene
- Ball Material: 316 Stainless Steel
- Seal Material: Fluoroelastomer Rubber
- Seat Material: Fluoroelastomer Rubber
To withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions in miniature chemical-processing pipelines, these tiny valves have a chemical-resistant fluoroelastomer seal and a corrosion-resistant 303 stainless steel body. They are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Compact Solenoid On/Off Valves
Lower profile and available in smaller connection sizes than standard valves, these fit in tight spots. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
Valves are normally closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
303 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than brass valves.
NEMA 4X valves resist washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.

These valves are rated for use in hazardous locations with flammable gas and combustible dust. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow. Valves are normally closed unless actuated. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
303 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than bronze valves.
Zero pressure drop valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation.
Hazardous location environmental ratings indicate whether manufacturers have included safety features in products to facilitate their safe use in a hazardous environment. Before selecting a product for a hazardous location, ensure it is rated for your environment.

Compact Solenoid On/Off Valves for Coolant

- For Use With: Ethylene Glycol
- Seal Material: Fluoroelastomer Rubber
- Specifications Met: See table
Reduce your pipeline footprint with these low-profile valves that are about half the size of standard valves for coolant. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
Valves are normally closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
Metal valves are more durable than acetal valves. 303 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than brass valves.
IP65 valves resist low-pressure jets of water and dust. NEMA 4X valves resist washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Solenoid On/Off Valves for Drinking Water
Safe for automated on/off control in drinking-water systems, these valves meet NSF/ANSI Standard 61. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
All valves are normally closed unless actuated. They require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation; the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
303 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than brass valves.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Solenoid On/Off Valves with Exhaust Port for Natural Gas, Propane, and Butane

- For Use With: Natural Gas, Propane, Butane
- Seal Material: Fluoroelastomer Rubber
- Specifications Met: CSA Certified, UL Listed
Often used to control single-acting, spring-return air cylinders, these valves have a third threaded port to exhaust media. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
Valves are normally closed and exhaust media unless actuated; when actuated, they close the exhaust port and reverse the direction of flow to send media to equipment. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. Body is 303 stainless steel for good corrosion resistance. Coils are rated IP69 for protection against dust and high-temperature, high-pressure washdowns. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Single-Action Air Directional Control Valves

Manually control these valves by pushing or turning the actuator. Also known as 3-way or 3/2 valves, they create one action, such as extending a cylinder. They direct airflow from the inlet to your equipment and exhaust return airflow to create motion. In the off position, they exhaust air pressure from the system, allowing equipment to reset so the action can be repeated.
Normally closed valves block airflow until actuated.
Valves with hand return actuation stay actuated and go back to their starting position only when you move the actuator again. Valves with spring return actuation go back to their starting position as soon as you release the actuator.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is a measurement that indicates how much airflow can pass through a valve. When selecting between valves with the same port size, choose the valve with the higher flow coefficient to ensure it provides enough airflow to operate your system.
