About On/Off Valves
More
Compact Threaded On/Off Valves
Install these valves in tight spots, such as where pipelines are crowded together. They’re less than half as long as standard threaded valves and one-third shorter in height.
Bronze valves are stronger and more durable than brass valves.Screwdriver-operated valves are our most compact option. Since they open and close with a slotted screwdriver (not included), they’re also the most resistant to accidental movement.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

- For Use With: Water
- Seal Material: Fluoroelastomer Rubber
On/Off Valves with 37° Flared Tube Fittings for Fuel

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Diesel Fuel, Fuel Oil, Gasoline
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
These valves have 37° flared tube fittings that form a tight seal on metal tubing lines to transfer diesel fuel, fuel oil, and gasoline. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.

Fittings for Natural Gas, Propane, and Butane

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Butane, Natural Gas, Propane
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
- Specifications Met: CSA Certified, CSA-US Certified, UL Listed
With 45° flared tube fittings, these valves form a tight seal on metal tubing lines for natural gas, propane, and butane. All have a T-handle that resists accidental movement when snagged or bumped. Valves are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.

Couplers for High-Pressure Fill Valves
Fill tanks and recharge struts—these couplers join hose to high-pressure fill valves with Schrader threads.
Some couplers meet SAE AS4395, an automotive industry standard for flared fitting dimensions.
Couplers with a shut-off valve let you control the flow of air by hand. When used with Schrader valves that have a core, the core depressor pin in these couplers press valves open to let air flow in.
