Use these valves in general purpose applications, such as those with water, oil, air, and inert gas.
Bronze valves are stronger and more durable than brass valves for a longer service life. Full-port valves do not restrict flow. Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Lockable On/Off Inline Hydraulic Valves

Lock the handle using a padlock. When unlocked, a quarter turn of the handle starts and stops flow. Valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
UN/UNF (SAE Straight) thread connections have straight threads and are also known as O-ring Boss fittings.

Toggle-Operated On/Off Screw-In Hydraulic Valves

Push or pull the toggle handle to control flow. Also known as cartridge valves, these compact valves screw into your mounting block.
Valve with manual return stays in position until the handle is manually returned to its original position. Valve with spring return goes back to its default position when the handle is released.
Directional-Control Screw-In Hydraulic Valves
Control the direction of flow or stop flow altogether with an electronic signal. These valves are also known as cartridge valves, and they screw into your mounting block.
Place three-way valves between the pressure source and a single-acting cylinder. Place four-way valves between the pressure source and a double-acting cylinder.
In NFPA diagrams, P represents the pressure source, T represents the tank, and A and B represent work ports.

High-Pressure Minimal-Spill Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Hydraulic Fluid

These couplings have the highest pressure rating of all the minimal-spill couplings we offer. Also known as flush-face couplings, the plugs and sockets have a flat face, which allows them to mate close against each other, reducing fluid loss when connecting and disconnecting the line. A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that connect and disconnect quickly. Use them when you need frequent access to a line. All of the High-Pressure Minimal-Spill quick-disconnect plugs are compatible with any of the High-Pressure Minimal-Spill quick-disconnect sockets of the same coupling size, regardless of the pipe size. Couplings are compatible with Snap-Tite 71 couplings. Also known as double shut-off couplings, the plugs and sockets both have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is separated.
Plugs are also known as nipples.
Sockets are push-to-connect style. To connect, push the plug into the socket until you hear a click. To disconnect, slide the sleeve on the socket forward until the plug ejects.
Zinc-plated steel plugs and sockets have better strength and durability than 316 stainless steel plugs and sockets. They have fair corrosion resistance.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size. Pressure ratings are given for static (constant) pressure conditions.
Warning: Never attempt to connect or disconnect couplings when operating at maximum pressure. Stop the flow before you disconnect the line.

Connect-under-pressure plugs have an internal reservoir, so they absorb up to 5,000 psi of residual pressure in the line. Use them when your hose is left in the sun and residual pressure cannot be safely released.

International Standard ISO B Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Hydraulic Fluid

A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that connect and disconnect quickly. Use them if you need frequent access to a hydraulic hose line. All of the International Standard ISO B quick-disconnect plugs are compatible with any of the International Standard ISO B quick-disconnect sockets of the same coupling size, regardless of the pipe size. Couplings meet ISO 7241-1 Series B dimensional and performance standards and are compatible with Parker 60 couplings. Also known as double shut-off couplings, the plugs and sockets both have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is separated.
Plugs are also known as nipples.
Sleeve-lock sockets connect by sliding back the sleeve on the socket, inserting the plug, and releasing the sleeve. To disconnect, slide the sleeve back and pull out the plug.
Push-to-connect sockets are easier to connect than sleeve-lock sockets. Connect by pushing the plug into the socket until you hear a click. To disconnect, slide the sleeve on the socket forward until the plug ejects.
Zinc-plated steel is stronger and more durable than other metals. It has fair corrosion resistance.

Minimal-Spill Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Coolant

Reduce the risk of spills near electronics when connecting and disconnecting liquid cooling lines. Also known as double shut-off couplings, these couplings have a shut-off valve on both sides that stops the flow of coolant if they’re separated. Often used to connect servers to a cooling manifold in data centers, they comply with the performance specifications of OCP (Open Computing Project). To avoid mixing up your lines, choose blue couplings for cold supply and red couplings for hot return. A complete coupling consists of a plug and socket or two adapters (all sold separately).
Install plugs on manifolds and servers. They’re also known as nipples. UN/UNF (SAE Straight) threads are also known as O-ring boss threads.
