Compact Threaded On/Off Valves
Install these valves in tight spots, such as where pipelines are crowded together. They’re less than half as long as standard threaded valves and one-third shorter in height.
Bronze valves are stronger and more durable than brass valves.Screwdriver-operated valves are our most compact option. Since they open and close with a slotted screwdriver (not included), they’re also the most resistant to accidental movement.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Hydraulic Fluid

Also known as flush-face couplings, the plugs and sockets have a flat face, which allows them to mate close against each other, reducing fluid loss when connecting and disconnecting the line. A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that connect and disconnect quickly. Use them when you need frequent access to a line. All of the International Standard ISO Minimal-Spill quick-disconnect plugs are compatible with any of the International Standard ISO Minimal-Spill quick-disconnect sockets of the same coupling size, regardless of the pipe size. Also known as double shut-off couplings, the plugs and sockets both have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is separated. They are zinc-plated steel, which has excellent strength and durability and fair corrosion resistance.
Plugs are also known as nipples.
Sockets are push-to-connect style. To connect, push the plug into the socket until you hear a click. To disconnect, slide the sleeve on the socket forward until the plug ejects.
UN/UNF (SAE Straight) threads are also known as O-ring boss threads.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size. Pressure ratings are given for static (constant) pressure conditions.
Warning: Never attempt to connect or disconnect couplings when operating at maximum pressure. Stop the flow before you disconnect the line.

High-Pressure Minimal-Spill Quick-Disconnect
Hose Couplings for Hydraulic Fluid

These couplings have the highest pressure rating of all the minimal-spill couplings we offer. All of the High-Pressure Minimal-Spill quick-disconnect plugs are compatible with any of the High-Pressure Minimal-Spill quick-disconnect sockets of the same coupling size, regardless of the pipe size. Couplings are compatible with Snap-Tite 71 couplings. Also known as double shut-off couplings, the plugs and sockets both have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is separated.
Plugs are also known as nipples.
Sockets are push-to-connect style. To connect, push the plug into the socket until you hear a click. To disconnect, slide the sleeve on the socket forward until the plug ejects.
Zinc-plated steel plugs and sockets have better strength and durability than 316 stainless steel plugs and sockets. They have fair corrosion resistance.

International Standard ISO B Quick-Disconnect
Hose Couplings for Hydraulic Fluid

A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that connect and disconnect quickly. Use them if you need frequent access to a hydraulic hose line. All of the International Standard ISO B quick-disconnect plugs are compatible with any of the International Standard ISO B quick-disconnect sockets of the same coupling size, regardless of the pipe size. Couplings meet ISO 7241-1 Series B dimensional and performance standards and are compatible with Parker 60 couplings. Also known as double shut-off couplings, the plugs and sockets both have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is separated.
Plugs are also known as nipples.
Sleeve-lock sockets connect by sliding back the sleeve on the socket, inserting the plug, and releasing the sleeve. To disconnect, slide the sleeve back and pull out the plug.
Push-to-connect sockets are easier to connect than sleeve-lock sockets. Connect by pushing the plug into the socket until you hear a click. To disconnect, slide the sleeve on the socket forward until the plug ejects.
Zinc-plated steel is stronger and more durable than other metals. It has fair corrosion resistance.

Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Pressure Testing

Add quick connection points for mechanical gauges and other diagnostic equipment to your line. These couplings are also known as test ports and diagnostic couplings. To take a reading, connect a socket to your gauge using a hose assembly. Then push the socket into a plug that’s permanently threaded into a test port on your line. No threading or unthreading is necessary. Add additional plugs to your line to take measurements at different points. To quickly move the gauge to a different test port, pull back the sleeve on the socket to disengage.
A complete coupling consists of a plug and socket (both sold separately). The plug and socket both have a shut-off valve to stop flow when the coupling is separated, so they're sometimes called double shut-off couplings. They meet ISO 15171-1, which is an international standard for dimensional and performance standards of flat-face diagnostic push-to-connect couplings.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size. Pressure ratings are given for static (constant) pressure conditions.

Minimal-Spill Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Coolant

Reduce the risk of spills near electronics when connecting and disconnecting liquid cooling lines. Also known as double shut-off couplings, these couplings have a shut-off valve on both sides that stops the flow of coolant if they’re separated. Often used to connect servers to a cooling manifold in data centers, they comply with the performance specifications of OCP (Open Computing Project). To avoid mixing up your lines, choose blue couplings for cold supply and red couplings for hot return. A complete coupling consists of a plug and socket or two adapters (all sold separately).
Install plugs on manifolds and servers. They’re also known as nipples.
UN/UNF (SAE Straight) threads are also known as O-ring boss threads.
