Easy-Maintenance Threaded On/Off Valves
With a three-piece bolted body that disassembles for access to internal components, you can clean and repair these valves without unthreading them from your line.
Steel valves are stronger and more durable than bronze valves for a longer service life.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than bronze or steel valves.
Lever handles are easy to turn and show the valve’s position. Oval handles have the largest gripping surface of any handle type, so they’re the easiest to grip when slippery. Lockable handles can be fixed in place using a padlock (not included).
Valves with actuator mounts can be equipped with air-powered or electric actuators using the mounting holes. This allows you to switch them from manual to automatic operation.
PTFE seals are the best choice for valves that are opened and closed often. The PTFE material forms a seal while remaining slippery, so it resists wearing down and failing with repeated use. Graphite seals withstand high pressures at high temperatures. They’re the best choice for use with steam.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow.Maintenance kits include everything needed to replace the packing, seals, and seats on your valve.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Flanged On/Off Valves

Bolt these valves to ANSI flanges. Their lockable lever handle can be fixed in place using a padlock (not included). All have four mounting holes to install an actuator, so you can convert them from manual to automatic valves.

Compact Flanged On/Off Valves

Also known as wafer ball valves, these combine the slim body of a butterfly valve with the high flow rates of a flanged ball valve. Bolt these valves to ANSI flanges—they meet ASME standards for dimensions, material, and pressure-temperature rating. They are full port, so they do not restrict flow.

Keep your worksite safe when working with diesel fuel, fuel oil, gasoline, and kerosene. Fire-tested to meet American Petroleum Institute (API) 607, these valves are designed to securely isolate fluid and prevent the spread of fire. They have also passed fugitive emissions testing and meet API 641 standards to reduce the risk of hazardous gas leaks.
Bolt these valves to ANSI flanges. They meet ASME standards for dimensions, material, and pressure-temperature rating. You can also attach an air-powered or electric actuator to these valves using the four actuator mounting holes. This allows you to switch them from manual to automatic operations.

Sliding-Sleeve Air On/Off Valves

Slide the knurled sleeve in one direction to stop flow, and slide it back to start flow again. These valves vent air to the atmosphere when closed.

Air-Operated Air On/Off Valves

Also known as blocking valves, these valves are activated by an air signal to turn equipment on and off. They allow airflow when an air signal is applied to the air pilot. When the air supply is removed, the valve closes, trapping air in the system.
Valves with push-to-connect ports are for use with plastic or soft metal tubing. Insert tubing into the port.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is a measurement that indicates how much airflow can pass through a valve. When selecting between valves with the same port size, choose the valve with the higher flow coefficient to ensure it provides enough airflow to operate your system.
