Easy-Maintenance Threaded On/Off Valves
With a three-piece bolted body that disassembles for access to internal components, you can clean and repair these valves without unthreading them from your line.
Steel valves are stronger and more durable than bronze valves for a longer service life.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than bronze or steel valves.
Lever handles are easy to turn and show the valve’s position. Lockable handles can be fixed in place using a padlock (not included).
Valves with actuator mounts can be equipped with air-powered or electric actuators using the mounting holes. This allows you to switch them from manual to automatic operation.
PTFE seals are the best choice for valves that are opened and closed often. The PTFE material forms a seal while remaining slippery, so it resists wearing down and failing with repeated use. Full-port valves do not restrict flow.Maintenance kits include everything needed to replace the packing, seals, and seats on your valve.

Flanged On/Off Valves

Bolt these valves to ANSI flanges. Their lockable lever handle can be fixed in place using a padlock (not included). All have four mounting holes to install an actuator, so you can convert them from manual to automatic valves.
Steel valves stand up to corrosion better than cast iron valves. 316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than cast iron and steel valves.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow. Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.
Pressure class 150 valves are standard and work for most low-pressure applications.

Keep your worksite safe when working with diesel fuel, fuel oil, gasoline, and kerosene. Fire-tested to meet American Petroleum Institute (API) 607, these valves are designed to securely isolate fluid and prevent the spread of fire. They have also passed fugitive emissions testing and meet API 641 standards to reduce the risk of hazardous gas leaks.

High-Flow Flanged Air-Driven On/Off Valves

Their ball-valve design allows these valves to handle three times the flow of other flanged valves. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow faster actuation than motor-driven valves. You must control the air to the actuator using either the included electric pilot valve or a manual on/off valve (not included). These valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
The actuator is secured to the valve body with a bracket for easy disassembly, maintenance, and repair. A visual flow indicator on the top of the actuator shows whether the valve is open or closed. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages.
Single-acting actuators only require air pressure to open the valve; they automatically spring closed when the air turns off. These valves are normally closed unless actuated. Double-acting actuators require air pressure to open and close the valve. Once actuated, these valves remain actuated until air pressure is applied to close them, so they do not have a valve starting position.
