Miniature Threaded On/Off Valves

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Air, Argon, Helium, Krypton, Neon, Water, Xenon
- Seal Material: EPDM Rubber
With 10-32 UNF threads and a body less than 3/4” long, these valves are often used to control flow in miniature pipelines. They have a 303 stainless steel body for good corrosion resistance. All are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Fast-Acting Threaded On/Off Valves
Push a button or flip a toggle switch to start or stop flow. Often used in testing and sampling, these valves are useful when you need to dispense a small amount of liquid.
Nickel-plated brass valves resist corrosion better than plain brass valves.
Push-button valves automatically open or close when you take your finger off the button. They’re ideal for intermittent use and applications where you want to monitor flow closely to avoid spills. The button is colored to make it easy to tell different valves apart. Normally open valves close when you push their button. Normally closed valves open when you push their button.
Toggle valves stay open until you flip them closed. Since they don't need to be held open, they’re often used to dispense larger samples than push-button valves. You can see if these valves are open or not based on the toggle's position.

Fast-Acting Panel-Mount Threaded On/Off Valves

Start or stop flow with the flip of a toggle switch or the push of a button. These valves are often used in testing and sampling applications where you need to dispense a small amount of liquid. They fit through a cutout, so the body of the valve stays safe inside your instrumentation panel.
Nickel-plated brass valves resist corrosion better than plain brass valves.
Manual-return valves stay open until you flip the toggle off. Since they don't need to be held open, they’re often used to dispense larger samples than spring-return valves. It’s also easy to check if these valves are open or not based on the toggle’s position. Spring-return valves automatically close when you release the toggle or push button. They’re ideal for intermittent use and precise flow control to prevent spills.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Miniature Solenoid On/Off Valves

- For Use With: Air, Argon, Helium, Neon, Xenon, Krypton
- Seal Material: Fluoroelastomer Rubber
Less than half the size of our other compact valves, these have small pipe connections for miniature lines. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
Valves are normally closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. Body is 303 stainless steel for good corrosion resistance. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

International Standard ISO B Quick-Disconnect
Hose Couplings for Hydraulic Fluid

A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that connect and disconnect quickly. Use them if you need frequent access to a hydraulic hose line. All of the International Standard ISO B quick-disconnect plugs are compatible with any of the International Standard ISO B quick-disconnect sockets of the same coupling size, regardless of the pipe size. Couplings meet ISO 7241-1 Series B dimensional and performance standards and are compatible with Parker 60 couplings. Also known as double shut-off couplings, the plugs and sockets both have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is separated.
Push-to-connect sockets are easier to connect than sleeve-lock sockets. Connect by pushing the plug into the socket until you hear a click. To disconnect, slide the sleeve on the socket forward until the plug ejects.
Zinc-plated steel is stronger and more durable than other metals. It has fair corrosion resistance.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same coupling size. Pressure ratings are given for static (constant) pressure conditions.
Warning: Never attempt to connect or disconnect couplings when operating at maximum pressure. Stop the flow before you disconnect the line.
