    Ultra-Conductive 101 Copper Rods

    The purest, most conductive copper we offer, with at least 99.95% copper content. Since there’s virtually no oxygen to outgas, it won’t break high-vacuum systems. It also won’t contaminate clean rooms, such as in semiconductor manufacturing.

    Install these gaskets between two CF flanges—also known as Conflat or UHV flanges—to create extremely tight seals in ultra-high-vacuum systems. Made from 101 copper, these gaskets have virtually no oxygen to outgas, so they won’t cause oxidation or contaminate your system. They also form stronger seals than rubber gaskets. As you bolt the flanges together, sharp inner teeth bite into these gaskets to form an airtight metal-to-metal seal.
