Shoulders cover most of the shackle, making it difficult to access and cut. These padlocks resist corrosion for outdoor use. Set your own combination and change it at any time.
Brass-body locks are more corrosion resistant than hardened steel-body locks. They also have a boron carbide shackle, which is harder and more corrosion resistant than a hardened steel shackle.
