High-Security Padlocks

Protect your most valuable items with our most secure padlocks. From top-to-bottom and inside-out, these padlocks were designed and tested to stand up to different kinds of break-in methods. They’re certified EN 12320 to prevent access from lockpicking, drilling, cutting, prying, and hammering. If someone tries drilling the lock, a free-spinning plate within the key cylinder spins continuously to prevent the drill from penetrating the cylinder. The shackle locks at both ends to keep it from being forced open, and it’s made of boron carbide—the hardest and most cut-resistant shackle material available. Hardened for strength, the steel body resists breaking if struck. For extra security, these padlocks are keyed differently, meaning the same key can’t be used with multiple locks.
EN 12320 designates levels of security for padlocks on a scale of 1 to 6. Grade 5 means these padlocks were tested against powerful blows, cutting, drilling, pulling, and twisting.

Lock outdoor storage containers, perimeter gates, and valuable equipment with peace of mind. The chrome-plated body on these padlocks resists corrosion from rain and snow. Rated UL 437 or EN 12320, they’ve passed a test to fend off break-ins from lockpicking, hammering, cutting, and more, making them some of the most secure padlocks we offer. If someone tries drilling them, an internal plate blocks the drill bit from penetrating the cylinder. Both ends of the shackle lock inside the body to make it difficult to force them open from prying or shimming. For extra security, these padlocks are keyed differently, so the same key can’t be used with multiple locks.
Hardened steel-body locks are strong, and they’re less likely to deform from break-in attempts than brass-body locks. To keep the locking mechanism from freezing, corroding, or jamming from water and debris, they come with a tethered metal cap to cover the key cylinder.
Hardened boron alloy shackles are made of the hardest and most cut-resistant shackle material. They resist corrosion better than hardened steel shackles.
EN 12320 designates levels of security for padlocks on a scale of 1 to 6. The higher the rating, the harder it is and the longer it takes to break into or damage the padlock. Padlocks are tested against attacks such as powerful blows, cutting, drilling, pulling, and twisting.
