Floor-Mount Adjustable-Width Sheet Metal Benders
Reinforced construction lets this bender handle thicker material than the bench-top model. Position the movable forming dies, also known as fingers, to make boxes, trays, and pans in different widths. An adjustable upper leaf and nose bar allow for radius bending.

Adjustable-Width Sheet Metal Benders for Bench Vises
Shape sheet metal using your bench vise as a sturdy base. Remove or slide the four dies along the clamping bar to form angles, channels, boxes, trays, and pans in a variety of widths. Unlike bench-top and floor-mount benders, these are not permanently mounted—pull them out when you need them and store them when you don’t.

Sheet Metal Benders
Make bends up to 135° in metal sheets. Benders have a clearance of 4" for insertion and removal of large workpieces such as vehicle panels and duct work. They attach to your bench top and have a removable front edge to make bends that are close together.

Economy Sheet Metal Benders
Make bends up to 90° in metal sheets to form items such as boxes and trays. Benders attach to your bench top and have a brake bar that adjusts for different stock thicknesses and bend angles.
Combination Sheet Metal Shears, Benders, and Curvers
Save space in your shop by cutting, bending, and curving sheet metal with a single machine. Also known as shear brake rolls. Use the blade on the shear to make clean, straight cuts; it has two cutting edges for twice the life. A press brake makes bends up to 90°. Create curves and circles with the slip roll.
When using the shear or press brake, set the manual back gauge to precisely position the sheet metal for consistent cuts or bends.

Floor-Mount Combination Presses, Punches, and Shears
Also known as a 40-ton metalworker, these hydraulic machines handle a variety of forming tasks including pressing, punching, notching, and shearing. The safety guard complies with ANSI B11.8 standards. Machines require 1 1/2 gallons of Mobil DTE 24 Ultra or equivalent hydraulic oil (sold separately).
