Move large, heavy sheets of plywood, fiberboard, cement board, and drywall with these nonmarring lifters. Unlike suction-cup and magnetic lifters, they will hold porous and nonmagnetic sheets. Pads on the lifter grip the panel when the handle is raised. Set the load down and lower the handle to release the material.

Lock these lifters onto your material with the flip of a lever—it creates a vacuum under the cup for a strong, continuous grip. To release the suction, flip the lever back. Use these lifters on nonporous surfaces, such as mirrors and metal sheets.
Warning: Never use to lift items over people.
For Flat and Curved Surfaces—Lifters for flat and curved surfaces have flexible cups that are designed to grip gently rounded objects, such as windshields or large tanks.
Styles A, C, D, and E—Styles A, C, D, and E have multiple cups for more control during lifting than a single cup. Additional points of contact make it easier to position items, especially if they are large or oddly shaped. Their large handles are comfortable to hold.
Styles B and F—Styles B and F have a single cup, so you can secure them with one hand.
For Textured Surfaces—Lifters for textured surfaces can also grip stone slabs, metal plates with raised patterns, and other uneven material.
Replacement Cup Kits—Replacement cup kits include a cup, lever, and spring.
Holders—Holders mount to a wall for quick lifter access.

Also known as venturi devices, these lifters connect to any compressed air source to generate continuous suction—no need for a centralized vacuum system. The vacuum pump optimizes air flow to create a strong grip for lifting and moving materials while reducing air and energy use. These lifters activate and release quickly, so they’re ideal for fast-cycle pick-and-place tasks. Their cup is polyurethane rubber, so it’s durable and won’t leave marks on surfaces.
Flat Cup—Lifters with a flat cup can only pick up flat surfaces, such as sheet metal and panels.
Bellows Cup—Lifters with a bellows cup are a good choice for picking up items with irregular shapes and varied heights.

Often used to install drywall sheets on ceilings, these lifters hold, raise, and position heavy panels. They are safer and require less effort than manual lifting—just turn the handwheel to raise your panels. To position them right where you need them, they have wheels as well as a cradle that tilts panels horizontally and vertically. When it’s time to store or transport them, they break down into separate, foldable pieces.
Warning: Do not roll or reposition while under load. Never use to lift people or items over people.

Lift and position windows, large metal sheets, and even solar panels scratch free. These lifters connect to a crane or hoist and use suction cups to grip material. This makes them more gentle than tongs or plate clamps that can scratch delicate surfaces. For precise positioning, you can tilt these lifters up to 90° and rotate them 180°. As you rotate them, you can lock them at 45° increments. To prevent shifting during installation, they’ll automatically lock at 90°.
The battery-powered vacuum pump generates and maintains strong suction. If suction is lost, the pump senses it and automatically reactivates to maintain grip. A vacuum gauge lets you monitor pressure to stay within safe operating limits. If the pump runs out of battery during a lift, these lifters have a vacuum reserve tank that allows them to maintain grip and support the load for at least five minutes. Each lifter includes a battery gauge and a charger.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

With a hand pump that quickly creates a strong vacuum seal, these lifters can hold heavier loads than push-to-grip lifters. Use them on mirrors, metal sheets, and other nonporous surfaces. You can hold items either horizontally or vertically. An indicator line appears on the pump if you lose suction—pump the lifter until it disappears and it’s safe to lift again.
Warning: Never use to lift items over people.
Style C—Style C have a rigid, offset handle that helps keep loads stable.
Style D—Style D have a handle that pivots 180° so you can adjust the lifting angle.
Style E—Style E have a pivoting tie-down ring instead of a handle to secure loads with a rope, chain, or cord.
Style G—Style G have a T-handle that threads onto a 1/4"-20 stud. Remove the handle, and you can attach tools or accessories.
Style H—Style H have an oblong shape that’s good for lifting long, narrow objects.
Style J—Style J have a handle with two grips, so you can hold them vertically or at an angle. This gives you more control when you’re holding and positioning large items, such as windshields.
For Textured Surfaces—Lifters for textured surfaces have a soft suction cup that can grip patterned glass, stone slabs, and other uneven surfaces.
Audible Alarm—Lifters with an audible alarm warn you that vacuum levels are low even when you can’t see the red-line indicator.

    Handheld Battery-Powered Vacuum Lifters

Create a strong vacuum seal for lifting with the push of a button. These lifters have a battery-powered pump to quickly suction to flat surfaces. If suction decreases, the pump instantly senses it and automatically reactivates to maintain grip. Use them on nonporous surfaces, such as tile, glass, plastic, and sheet metal. You can hold items either horizontally or vertically. Press the valve button to release these lifters.
A full charge lasts for about 600 pump cycles. They include a manual pump, so you can still use them while the battery recharges.
Warning: Never use to lift items over people.

Everything you need to build a custom vacuum lifter for your collaborative robot—including rails, connecting hardware, vacuum cups, air hose, robot arm mount, and vacuum generator, also called a venturi device. Whether you’re picking and placing stamped sheet metal, molded plastic, or cardboard boxes, this system gives you the freedom to position vacuum cups where you need them. Go from concept to ready-to-lift in minutes—you’ll need only simple tools for assembly. Build a custom frame with the aluminum rails—you can cut them down to size and join them together with the included connectors. Place the vacuum cups anywhere along your frame.
Hooking these lifters up to your robot arm is simple too. Use the included mount to bolt them right to the end of your robot arm. All that’s left is to plug the power cord into your robot arm and hook the lifter up to your compressed air line.
These lifters have integrated air control valves, so you can use your robot’s control program to turn suction on or off via digital inputs and outputs. A built-in vacuum switch tells your robot when an item is picked up, so it knows to move to the next location.
For Universal Robots Robot Arms—Lifters for Universal Robots (UR) arms are UR+ certified, so they’ve been tested to work seamlessly with your robot. For simple integration with your teach pendant software, download the URCap plug-in from the manufacturer’s website.
Maximum Weight Capacity—Maximum weight capacity is achieved only when lifting items with smooth, nonporous surfaces, such as glass and sheet metal. Materials like cardboard leak air when lifted, which reduces your lifter’s capacity. For instance, you can lift about 20% of the maximum capacity when using these lifters on a cardboard box similar to those we ship our parts in.

Grip, lift, and move materials with uninterrupted suction—even in dusty environments. These lifters have no moving parts, so they’re less prone to clogs from dust and debris. Also known as venturi devices, you connect them to any compressed air source and they’ll generate suction through a single nozzle—no need for a centralized vacuum system. If a clog does occur, you can clear it easily by reversing the airflow.
These lifters activate and release quickly, so they’re ideal for vacuum packaging and pick-and-place tasks. You can join multiple lifters together to create a system. Even if one vacuum cup fails to grip, the others will keep working.
They include an exhaust muffler that reduces noise and filters debris without impeding airflow. The vacuum cups are Buna-N to resist abrasion and oil. Use them on nonporous surfaces such as metal, glass, and plastic.

Lift and move porous, uneven, and delicate items without damaging them. Unlike other vacuum lifters, which seal to the surface of your workpiece, these lifters pick up items without touching them. Also known as Bernoulli lifters, they use a compressed air source to create a negative pressure zone, so you don’t need a separate vacuum generator. They’re also low-maintenance—they don’t use vacuum cups, and the durable steel housing is built for a long service life. These lifters are not for use with electronics or other items sensitive to static discharge.
If your workpiece is uneven, it may touch the lifter surface as it moves.
Capacity and air consumption are based on lifting a flat workpiece horizontally.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
    Lifters with Steel Pads
Vacuum Lifter Dampers—To create a soft area for your object to touch, add vacuum lifter dampers to the lifter face. These rubber discs gently press against your workpiece, adding enough friction to keep it from slipping and dropping.

Temporarily hold glass, metal, or plastic panels and sheets while you work on them. A residue-free alternative to duct tape, these holders use suction to hold a panel or sheet. Loop the cord over hooks, nails, or framing to suspend your workpiece. Pull tabs on the cups make removal easy. Each pack includes two holders—use on each corner for a more secure hold.
