Portable Label, Bar Code, and Heat-Shrink Tubing Printers
A built-in handle makes these printers easy to carry around your facility. Use them to print labels, bar codes, and heat-shrink tubing. They have a wide, computer-style keyboard that’s easy to type on at a workspace. All include a digital display to preview labels before printing. Connect to a computer with the included USB cord to import data from Microsoft Excel and add custom graphics such as logos and other images. Print a maximum of eight lines of text on 1” wide label tape or four lines on 9/16” wide heat-shrink tubing. They can print nine different bar code formats to label inventory and track assets. Save up to 100 labels in the memory for repeat printing or to print large batches of labels at once. The automatic cutter saves time when used for large-volume jobs; it works when labels in the job are the same length or different lengths. Printers require 6 AA batteries for portable use. Includes a semi-rigid carrying case.

Wire and cable wrap have a plastic flap connected to the label. Print on these labels and then wrap the laminating flap around the printed message to protect it from wear and moisture.

Label Printers

All include a digital display to preview labels before printing. Print on a maximum of two lines—use 1/4” wide label tape to print one line or 3/8” and wider label tape to print on two lines. Style A have an ergonomic design so you can type and hold them at the same time. They include eight border designs, three fonts, and seven text styles such as bold, italic, and underline. Connect to a computer using the included USB cord to download additional fonts and graphics. Print text in six sizes, with a maximum character height of 1/3”.

Shipping Label and Large-Format Bar Code Printers
