Fixed-Flow-Rate Metering Pumps for Chemicals
Also known as peristaltic pumps and tubing pumps, these maintain a fixed flow rate. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Mount them up to 25 feet above your liquid source. All can run dry. Do not use with solids.
Pumps with Viton® fluoroelastomer tubing withstand oil such as gasoline and hydraulic oil.

Panel-Mount Fixed-Flow-Rate Metering Pumps for Chemicals

Install these pumps in a panel cutout. Often used in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and lab applications, they dispense small amounts of liquid at a set rate. Pumps can be wired to a switch for manual operation, or a PLC for automated equipment. The removable pump head includes an intake tube that quickly connects to your line with barbed fittings (not included). To change lines, disconnect tubing and twist and pull the head off the motor. Then twist on a replacement head (sold separately). Pumps come in three colors for easy identification or to match your existing equipment. All are self-priming and create suction to draw liquid upward. Mount pumps up to 28 ft. above your liquid source. They can run dry.

Metering Pumps for Chemicals

An adjustment screw lets you increase or decrease flow rate without the hassle of changing tubing. Often used in boiler feed systems and water treatment, these pumps are compatible with chemicals such as cleaning fluids and acid-washing solutions. Pumps are self-priming and create suction to draw liquid upward. They can run dry.

High-Pressure Metering Pumps for Chemicals

These pumps can be used with pressures four times higher than standard pumps. An adjustment dial lets you alter flow rate in 2.5% increments of the maximum flow without the hassle of changing tubing. Often used in boiler feed systems and water treatment, they're compatible with chemicals such as cleaning fluids and acid-washing solutions. Pumps are self-priming and create suction to draw liquid upward. They can run dry.
