    Dowel Pins

Image of Product. Front orientation. Dowel Pins. Plain Head, Standard Tolerance.
Precisely align machine parts and prevent movement during assembly. These dowel pins are machined to tight tolerances and have a uniform diameter for a snug fit. They can also be used as a pivot, shaft, or hinge to join moving components. Since dowel pins can be hard to remove, they are best suited for permanent fixtures that don't require frequent adjustments or disassembly.
    Steel
High-Strength Alloy Steel—Our strongest, most wear-resistant pins, these won't bend or break from vibration. Use them for high-stress applications, such as mounting and aligning hydraulic cylinders and injection molds. They perform best in dry environments since moisture will cause them to rust.

    Ejector Sleeves

Image of Product. Front orientation. Ejector Sleeves.
Use these sleeves with mold pins to form holes, bosses, and other features in parts, and then push the parts out of the mold. Made from H13 tool steel, these sleeves are strong, hard, and resist wear. They've been surface hardened with a process called nitriding, which adds even more strength and wear resistance. They’re precision ground to tight tolerances. Machining is not recommended.

High-Strength Anchors for Block and Brick

Image of Product. Front orientation. Anchors. High-Strength Anchors for Block and Brick.
Offering up to twice the strength of double expansion anchors, these US-made anchors expand in four directions for a superior grip in floors, walls, and ceilings. You can even use them to mount heavy machinery with constant motion, such as conveyors and vibrating feeders, because their ridges lock them in place to resist vibration. All of these anchors expand along their full length to distribute the gripping force, so they won’t crack soft materials. You can use them in concrete near edges, corners, or other weak points as an alternative to drop-in anchors.
To install, tap the anchor into a drilled hole. Insert a screw or threaded rod through your machinery and into the anchor. Then, tighten to expand the anchor. All create a permanent female-threaded connection that lets you remove and reinstall a screw or threaded rod.

    Double-Tapered-End Nonsparking Alignment Pins

Image of Product. Front orientation. Alignment Pins. Double-Tapered-End Nonsparking Alignment Pins.
When one end of these pins wears out, use the other one. Made from aluminum bronze that is Factory Mutual approved, these nonmagnetic, corrosion-resistant pins inhibit sparking. They satisfy OSHA requirements for nonsparking tools for locations where flammable vapors and combustible residues are present. Nonsparking tools are not, however, classified as antistatic because they do conduct electricity. Use alignment pins to align structural components such as I-beams and angle irons for bolting, riveting, and welding.
Note: Do not use these tools in direct contact with acetylene.
