    Loop-Grip Clevis Pins with Toggle

    For components you need to lock in place but also disconnect frequently, these pins have a toggle end and large loop handle. No need for a separate cotter pin, the toggle swivels so you can insert into a hole and then swivels back to secure. Fold down the handle to save space when installed.

    Zinc-Plated Carbon Steel—These pins withstand occasional exposure to moisture. However, since friction from moving parts can wear away the finish, they're not ideal for wet environments. While not nearly as corrosion resistant as stainless steel, they are stronger and won’t deform under stress.

    Dowel Pins

    Precisely align machine parts and prevent movement during assembly. These dowel pins are machined to tight tolerances and have a uniform diameter for a snug fit. They can also be used as a pivot, shaft, or hinge to join moving components. Since dowel pins can be hard to remove, they are best suited for permanent fixtures that don't require frequent adjustments or disassembly.

    Strong-Hold Ring-Grip Quick-Release Pins

    A second retaining ball gives these pins more holding power than standard ring-grip pins. They resist loosening from vibration but require a strong tug to pull them out. Good for tight spaces, the split ring folds down out of the way when installed, and you can grab it with one finger to remove. Attach a lanyard to keep pins from getting lost, or add tags to identify components.

    High-Strength 17-4 PH Stainless Steel—The strongest stainless steel pins we offer, these are the least likely to deform due to stress and vibration. They resist rust in wet and outdoor environments but won't hold up to the harsh chemicals and acids that 316 stainless steel can.
