Also known as spiral-wound gaskets, these have a 1/8” thick carbon steel outer ring and a 304 stainless steel sealing element with a graphite-based filler. The carbon steel construction provides structural strength. These gaskets can be used with both flat-surface and raised-surfaces pipe flanges; they fit the surface inside the bolt holes and do not interfere with the bolt connection.

Easy-Install High-Temperature Metallic Pipe Gaskets

Instead of bolt holes, these gaskets have tines that easily fit around flange bolts to ensure they’re properly aligned with pipe openings. The tine design also means you won’t have to retorque the flange for alignment, saving time. These gaskets are half as thick as our other metallic gaskets, so they're easier to slip in between flanges. Made from 304 stainless steel, these gaskets add structural strength. They also withstand high temperatures, making them a good option for extreme environments. Because these don't have bolt holes, they work with multiple ANSI Class designations, so they're compatible with low-, medium-, and high-pressure pipe flanges.

Able to withstand temperatures up to 750° F, these graphite gaskets have a stainless steel insert for strength to handle pressure up to 1,000 psi. Also known as ring gaskets, use them with raised-surface pipe flanges; they fit the surface inside the bolt holes and do not interfere with the bolt connection. All gaskets are sized to meet ANSI standards.
