Stackable Threaded-Rod-Mount Clamping Hangers
Mount these hangers on top of one another to organize multiple lines of pipe, tubing, and conduit at any angle. They include one or two clamping screws, which tighten around material and provide a more secure hold than loop hangers. Mount with threaded rod (not included), or some come with a stacking screw.
Two-piece clamps don’t require access to the ends of your pipe to install. Hinged clamps have a triple-link design and a captive clamping screw to combine the flexibility of a two-piece clamp with the simplicity of a one-piece clamp. All are easy to assemble, reposition, and take apart.
End clamps are flat on one side and round on the other. The flat side has a mounting hole that can be used with 1/4"-20 threaded rod to mount or a 10-24 fastener to connect to the top of a stacking clamp. The round side provides a finished look. Stacking clamps are flat on top and bottom. The bottom has a mounting hole that can be used with 1/4"-20 threaded rod to mount or a 10-24 fastener to connect to the top of a stacking clamp. The top has a stacking hole that can be used with 10-24 threaded rod to mount or a 10-24 connecting fastener to connect to the bottom of another clamp.

Washdown Vibration-Damping Threaded-Rod-Mount Clamping Hangers
These hangers provide maximum corrosion resistance in wet environments and stand up to frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. Rounded edges, polished surfaces, and acorn or hex nuts that conceal threads reduce the number of places for bacteria to grow and make them easier to clean. The cushion is FDA compliant for direct contact with food; it fits tightly around material to lessen vibration and prevents corrosion caused by metal-to-metal contact. The greater the hanger’s width, the heavier duty it is. Hangers have a threaded hole on top for mounting with threaded rod.
Silicone cushions withstand steam cleaning, as well as ozone, sunlight, and oxidation.

Pivoting Threaded-Rod-Mount Loop Hangers
Also known as clevis hangers, these have a pivoting loop that adjusts for line movement and vibration. Combine with a threaded rod or other fastener to hang from the ceiling. To mount, slide threaded rod into the unthreaded hole on top of the hanger and secure with a nut (sold separately). When used with threaded rod, the hanging height can be adjusted after material is installed. Rubber-coated steel hangers reduce wear on material. 304 stainless steel hangers have excellent corrosion resistance and good chemical resistance. 316 stainless steel hangers have excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.

Strut-Mount Metal Routing Clamps
Route pipe, tubing, and conduit across strut channel. To install, slide the clamp into the strut channel and tighten the clamping screw to secure.
Copper-plated steel clamps resist corrosion when used with copper tubing. 304 stainless steel clamps have excellent corrosion resistance and good chemical resistance. 316 stainless steel clamps have excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.

Two-Line Weld-Mount Vibration-Damping Routing Clamps
Secure two pressurized hydraulic lines with a single clamp to lessen vibration in hydraulic systems. Weld the bottom plate onto the mounting surface for a more secure connection than rail- and adhesive-mount clamps. To install, weld the bottom plate onto the mounting surface.
Zinc-plated steel and zinc-phosphate-coated steel plates have good corrosion resistance.Stacking clamps allow you to route multiple lines on top of each other. They include fasteners and a plate for attaching to regular clamps or other stacking clamps. Stacking clamps cannot be used alone.
