    Pivoting Loop Pipe Hangers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Pipe Hangers. Pivoting Loop Pipe Hangers, Tilt.

    Tilt

Secure pipe overhead and allow it to tilt or rotate as needed. These pipe hangers reduce stress on joints and keep pipe aligned, even when it shifts. Attach these hangers to beams or ceilings with threaded rod.
15° Tilt—Swing up and down to accommodate slight misalignments between the pipe and mounting surface caused by vibration, thermal expansion, or shifting loads. Also known as Clevis Hangers.
Rubber-Coated Steel—Prevent wear from metal-to-metal contact and moisture.
304 Stainless Steel—Withstand mild chemicals and solvents and won't rust in wet environments.
316 Stainless Steel—Our most corrosion-resistant metal pipe hangers. These won’t degrade when exposed to harsh weather, salt water, and most chemicals.

    Sanitary Clamp Pipe Hangers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Pipe Hangers. Sanitary Clamp Pipe Hangers.
Rounded edges, polished surfaces, and concealed threads limit bacteria growth on these hangers. Use them to hold pipe in environments with frequent washdowns, such as food and pharmaceutical plants. They resist corrosion in wet environments and stand up to frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. The FDA compliant cushion is safe for direct contact with food. It fits tightly around lines to damp vibrations that cause disruptive noises or damage to equipment. It also prevents corrosion caused by metal-to-metal contact. Mount these pipe hangers by twisting a threaded rod through the threaded hole on top.
304 Stainless Steel—Often used with utility and water piping, these withstand mild chemicals and solvents and won't rust in wet environments.
Silicone Rubber Cushion—Withstand steam cleaning, ozone, sunlight, and oxidation.

    Stacking Clamps

Stack these hangers to organize multiple lines of pipe, tubing, and conduit at any angle. Mount with threaded rod (not included) or connect two hangers using the included stacking screw.
Hinged—Combine the flexibility of a two-piece clamp with the simplicity of a one-piece clamp. These are easy to assemble, reposition, and take apart.
Two Piece—You don't need to access the end of your line to install these clamps. Detach the two halves and place them around pipe.
303 Stainless Steel—Withstand mild chemicals and solvents and won't rust in wet environments.
End Clamps—Flat on one side and round on the other. Mount the flat side to threaded rod or connect it to the top of a stacking clamp. The round side has a finished look.
Stacking Clamps— Flat on top and bottom. Twist threaded rod through the stacking hole on top or the mounting hole on the bottom. You can also use a fastener to connect the top of one hanger to the bottom of another hanger.

    Clamp Shown Installed

    Style 1

Run pipe, conduit, and tubing through your facility by attaching it to strut channel. Since you don’t have to drill into beams and walls, it's easy to reconfigure setups as needed. Just slide clamps into the end of channel and tighten the screw.
Copper-Plated Steel—Shield copper pipe and tubing from galvanic corrosion that other metal routing clamps can cause. These also prevent scratches to pipe and resist rust in wet environments.
304 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these resist rust. However, they won't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.

    Vibration-Damping Routing Clamps

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Routing Clamps. Vibration-Damping Routing Clamps.
Clamp down on vibration and noise. These cushioned clamps absorb vibration and reduce noise in refrigeration, HVAC, and other lines that use copper tubing. Their cushion also prevents corrosion from metal-to-metal contact.
Zinc-Plated Steel—A common choice for areas with occasional exposure to moisture.
304 Stainless Steel—Won't rust in wet environments and hold up against mild chemicals and solvents.
TPE Cushion—Best for environments where oil, chemicals, and cleaning solvents are commonly present.

    Perpendicular Mount

Hold pipe and conduit away from strut channel so components don’t rub and wear. The extra clearance also permits airflow, which prevents condensation build-up and heat transfer from hot pipes to your channel. Slide clamps into the end of channel and tighten the screw.
Zinc-Plated Steel—Strong and durable with a zinc plating that protects from occasional exposure to moisture.

Multiline Weld-On Vibration-Damping Block Routing Clamps

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Routing Clamps. Multiline Weld-On Vibration-Damping Block Routing Clamps.
Secure and evenly space two pressurized hydraulic lines while reducing vibration. Weld the bottom plate of these clamps to your mounting surface for a more secure hold than screw-on clamps. Their tight fit around pipe and tubing reduces vibration and cuts down on noise. All keep pressurized lines stable in hydraulic systems to prevent leaks, ruptures, or disconnected fittings.
Polypropylene—The body of these clamps stand up to water, most acids, alcohols, and salts. They’re commonly used to route tubing in food processing, lab, and outdoor installations.
Zinc-Plated Steel Top Plate and Zinc-Phosphate-Coated Steel Bottom Plate—With a layer of zinc to protect against corrosion, these plates are a good choice for areas with occasional exposure to moisture. The layer on the bottom plates is thinner than the top plates, making it easier to remove before welding.
Stacking Clamps—Route multiple lines of similar size on top of each other. These clamps include a plate and fasteners for mounting to standard clamps or other stacking clamps. Keep in mind they can't be used on their own.
