Low-Pressure Aluminum Threaded Pipe Fittings
In addition to being lightweight, these aluminum fittings offer good corrosion resistance. Use them in low-pressure flow applications. To prevent cracking, do not tighten more than a 1/4-turn past hand tight.
DIN 3852 fittings meet DIN standards for mating surface outer diameter. They have a Buna-N rubber gasket that resists grease, hydraulic oil, and motor oil—plus mild chemicals and water. The gasket stays in a groove undercut in the mating face, which prevents it from dropping out and from extruding when fittings are tightened. Black anodized and powder-coated fittings have a decorative matte black finish.
Adjust finger-grip fittings by hand, no tools required.

Aluminum Quick-Connect Pipe for Compressed Air

- For Use With: Air, Coolant, Nitrogen, Oil
- Maximum Pressure: 230 psi @ 72° F
- Specifications Met: ASTM B241
- Fittings: Use Quick-Disconnect Aluminum
Build a compressed air system in half the time it would take to build a copper or steel system. Also known as Unipipe, this pipe is part of a quick-connect system. The compatible fittings connect to this pipe when you finger tighten their collar and then use a wrench for the final quarter turn. A compression ring and O-ring inside the fitting seal it onto this pipe.
Choose blue or gray pipe for easy identification. Blue pipe is often used for compressed air systems. Gray pipe is often used for vacuum systems.
Use a deburring scraper (sold separately) to smooth rough edges left behind after trimming the pipe to size.

On/Off Valves with Grooved-End Fittings

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Air, Drinking Water, Oil, Water
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
- Specifications Met: NSF/ANSI 61, UL Classified, C-UL Classified
For quick and easy access to your line, these valves attach to pipe with a clamp (sold separately) that fits around their grooved ends. No heat or threading required. They’re also known as Victaulic valves. Made of ductile iron, these valves absorb vibration and resist cracking. They’re strong enough for systems with pressure changes and frequent starts and stops. All meet NSF/ANSI 61 for safe use with drinking water. They are full port, so they do not restrict flow. To prevent tampering, lock the handle with a padlock.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
