Pivoting Loop Pipe Hangers

Tilt

Secure pipe overhead and allow it to tilt or rotate as needed. These pipe hangers reduce stress on joints and keep pipe aligned, even when it shifts. Attach these hangers to beams or ceilings with threaded rod.

15° Tilt—Swing up and down to accommodate slight misalignments between the pipe and mounting surface caused by vibration, thermal expansion, or shifting loads. Also known as Clevis Hangers.

Zinc-Plated Steel—A common choice for areas with occasional exposure to moisture, but won't stand up to chemicals.

Copper-Plated Steel—Won't corrode when used with copper tubing.

Rubber-Coated Steel—Prevent wear from metal-to-metal contact and moisture.

304 Stainless Steel—Withstand mild chemicals and solvents and won't rust in wet environments.

316 Stainless Steel—Our most corrosion-resistant metal pipe hangers. These won’t degrade when exposed to harsh weather, salt water, and most chemicals.

Pipe Cradles

Cradles provide additional support and prevent tears in insulation when routing insulated pipe through loop hangers. Also known as pipe shields.

Adhesive Mount—Attach the cradle to the pipe's insulation with an adhesive strip.

Clip-On Mount—Clip the tabs of the cradle directly onto the bottom of a loop hanger.

Beam Mount

These OSHPD preapproved anchors and brackets support threaded-rod-mount hangers during seismic activity. A complete seismic bracing mount system consists of an upper bracket, a lower bracket, and strut or pipe (sold separately). Brackets work with standard-wall (Schedule 40) pipe sizes 1-2 as well as 1 _5/8" wide strut channel. Mount the upper bracket directly to a ceiling or other flat surface, or use an anchor to mount the system to angles, beams, and joists.

Upper brackets connect to the upper end of the strut or pipe. Mount directly into the ceiling, or combine with a beam anchor or angle iron anchor for additional mounting options. Brackets have a hinge that allows the system to sway during seismic activity.

Quick-Mount Multiline Loop Pipe Hangers

Install and route multiple lines of pipe, tubing, or conduit with a single hanger that locks in place quickly. Pinch the mounting brackets together, slide onto a threaded rod, and release. Open the latch to add, adjust, and remove lines as needed. You can also detach the hanger from the mounting brackets to secure lines directly to flat surfaces.
