Food Industry Bulk Dispensers
FDA compliant for direct contact with food, these dispensers are often used to store or quickly dispense dry ingredients in food and pharmaceutical plants. Made of durable polyethylene, which resists chemicals and corrosion, they have a smooth, seamless interior to minimize the space where bacteria can grow. They’re also lightweight, so you can easily move them, even when they are full.
These dispensers have an open top for easy filling and cleaning; they have a V-shaped bottom for easy dispensing. Pull the handle to open the slide gate and release the contents. The farther you pull the handle, the faster you will dispense the contents. Both dispensers fit into an included base, which creates a double wall to protect the bottom from damage. It also keeps the slide gate from accidentally opening. You can use a forklift or pallet jack to lift the base and move these dispensers around your plant. A removable lid keeps contaminants out of your ingredients.
When full, you can stack these dispensers two-high. Empty dispensers can be nested even higher to save more space.

Mobile Hoppers
Wheel around these hoppers or transport with a forklift. Two swivel and two rigid casters make these hoppers easy to steer.
Steel hoppers are stronger than polyethylene hoppers. They have a smooth, formed edge around the top for durability and the interior seams are welded for strength. Release the locking latch and these perfectly balanced hoppers dump their load. They automatically return to an upright, locked position.
Polyethylene hoppers are lighter than steel and won't rust, dent, or pit. Pull the handle to release the lock and tilt to empty; tilt back and the hoppers will lock in place. For strength, hoppers have ribbed side walls.
Polyurethane wheels are nonmarking and work well on both smooth and rough floors.
Note: Polyethylene hoppers are not for use with hand hydraulic pallet trucks.

Style D trucks have all-polyethylene construction and are more durable than our other dump trucks.
Style E dumps to one side. Styles D-F trucks are suitable for use with food.
Polypropylene and polyethylene tread-on-core wheels are lightweight and work on smooth surfaces. Phenolic wheels are nonmarking and roll best on smooth surfaces. Rubber tread-on-core wheels have a shock- and sound-absorbing tread for a cushioned ride on all surfaces.

They have a seamless body that resists many chemicals and can be cleaned with high pressure water or steam. The steel side rails provide added support. Trucks have two swivel casters and two-axle mounted wheels for good steering control, with nonmarking polyurethane wheels that are abrasion-resistant and shock-absorbing. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris.

Personal Protection and Sanitizing Stations
Promote safe social-health practices and prevent the spread of illness by making it easy to access tissues, hand sanitizer, and other sanitary items. These stations are used in public spaces such as waiting areas, offices, and lobbies. All have space to hold two boxes of tissues or disposable gloves. They have holes for mounting them to a wall permanently. To position them temporarily without mounting, they have a flat base for sitting on a counter or other flat surface. These stations do not come with any face masks, gloves, tissues, or sanitizers.
Stations with one face mask compartment hold two boxes of disposable face masks; they cannot dispense loose masks properly. Stations with two face mask compartments hold two boxes of disposable face masks or dispense bulk loads of loose masks that don’t come in a box.
Stations with a hinged locking lid keep supplies secure, but reloading them is still easy. They also have mounting holes for adding a wall-mountable hand sanitizer dispenser instead of a freestanding bottle. If the mounting holes on your dispenser don’t line up, use mounting tape to attach it. To prevent stray drips of hand sanitizer from falling on floors and counters, they have a drip tray.
Brown woodgrain and black stations look less clinical than beige stations, so they’re good for locations where aesthetics are important, such as lobbies and offices.
Plastic stations weigh less and are more portable than steel ones.
Use optional sign holders to display your own message and increase the station’s visibility.
Add optional floor stands to position stations in the center of rooms, in entryways, and in other spots where mounting to a wall isn’t convenient.
