Chemical-Resistant PVC Tubes
When working near chemicals such as acids and alkalies, these tubes offer 360° protection to wires, cords, and anything that can slide through them. They’re made of PVC Type 1, a material that’s easy to thermoform, plus it is an excellent insulator. These tubes are oversized on the outside and undersized on the inside to allow for finishing to the sizes listed.

Strut Channel

Fiberglass channel is nonconductive with good resistance to chemicals and salt water. It's about half the weight of aluminum and has thicker walls than the other materials.
6'8" length channel is for use with beams spaced 6 ft. apart. The length allows 4" on each end to attach the channel to the beam.

Multipurpose Flame-Retardant Garolite G-10/FR4 Rectangular Tubes

- Color: Green
- Maximum Temperature: 265° F
- Tensile Strength: 32,000-40,000 psi (Excellent)
- Impact Strength: 5.5-12 ft.-lbs./in. (Excellent)
- Hardness: Rockwell M100 (Extra Hard)
- For Use Outdoors: Yes
- Specifications Met: MIL-I-24768/27
These rectangular tubes are flame retardant, machinable, and electrically insulating. They’re made of epoxy resin, making them good for use with printed circuit boards, insulating washers, and transformer components. With low moisture absorption, these tubes are often used as thermal insulators. Made with fiberglass fabric reinforcement, they’re strong and easier to machine than other glass cloth phenolics. Garolite G-10/FR4 is also called epoxy-grade industrial laminate and phenolic.

Mount these lightweight tubes to flat surfaces in place of aluminum to create structural frames, machinery components, and robotics. This carbon fiber weighs less yet is almost as rigid as aluminum. Adopted by the aerospace industry, carbon fiber is known for its balance of weight and strength. And since it's lightweight, it reduces the wear and stress on motorized parts, extending the life of machines.
These tubes have layers that alternate fibers in three directions, so they spread out their strength and resist crushing along the entire tube. They are checked, so they won’t fray or splinter when cut, making them easy to machine. They have the classic carbon-fiber look.
