Fuel-Resistant Surface Fillers

Also known as sloshing compounds, these two-part epoxies bond to rough and rusty surfaces in fuel tanks to repair leaks and prevent further corrosion. They withstand permanent immersion in fuel, oil, and harsh solvents. Use them with metal, plastic, and fiberglass tanks. Mix the smaller can with the bigger one and pour into your fuel tank. Rotate the tank to coat the interior and dump out any excess. Allow to cure overnight. Size listed is the combined total of the two parts.
1.5-pint container can treat a 10-gallon fuel tank. 3-pint container can treat a 20-gallon fuel tank.

Coolant-Resistant Surface Fillers

Repair small leaks and cracks in coolant systems for commercial vehicles and industrial equipment. These surface fillers meet ASTM D3147 for their ability to stop leaks in engine cooling systems. Pour them into your coolant to fix both internal and external leaks. They contain ceramic microfibers and copper particles to create a permanent seal. They’re compatible with antifreeze and other coolant system additives.

Surface Fillers for Plastic

Use these two-part fillers to rebuild cracked or worn plastic surfaces. The size listed is the combined total of the two parts.
Surface fillers in a cartridge come with a mixer nozzle, but require a gun (sold separately) for dispensing. For best results, use a primer (sold separately).
Surface fillers in a stick have a resin on the outside and a hardener on the inside. Cut the desired amount from the sticks, knead to a uniform color to mix, and press into place. Use with most rigid and semi-rigid types of plastic. They meet NSF/ANSI 61 for use with drinking water.

Aerosol Surface Fillers for Plastic

Spray these surface fillers on molded plastic parts that have surface blemishes, scratches, and mold lines. Use with ABS, polystyrene, and glass-filled nylon. Surface fillers are clear when dry. They cannot be sold to Canada due to local chemical regulations.
Match the appearance of the surface filler to your part. Satin reflects the most light and seems to shine. Matte reflects almost no light and appears dull. Eggshell reflects some light but is duller than satin.

Scratch Removers for Plastic

Remove scratches, haziness, and abrasions from plastic surfaces.
Fine scratch removers repair minor abrasions and haziness on all plastic surfaces. After restoring the surface, seal it with a coat of plastic polish.
Deep scratch removers repair heavy scratches and abrasions. The fine scratch remover is required for final finishing. Note: Not for use on coated plastics, polycarbonate, or eyeglass lenses.
Plastic Cleaners

Safe to use on all plastics, including acrylic, polycarbonate, and fiberglass, these cleaners remove dirt and other contaminants without streaking. They also protect against smudges and repel dust.
